probably insurance so if a member gets into a flame war, they can't kill their posts and play innocent to the admin.
That's my theory anyways XD

I like the fact that you can at least delete your topic if no one has red it yet because say like you mess up and make a thread when you ment to reply. I noticed that feature is gone.
