Like the title says, which system was your fav?(Not including GC, PS2, XBOX, DS, PSP, GBA)
starting from the playstation and N64 and going down from there, which was your fav.
For me, it would have to be SNES, it had so many games, and alot of really good ones, megamanX/X2/X3, along with FF6(FF3 english), Chrono Trigger.
What do you think was the best?

I like the SNES and N64.

I own an N64 with "x" amount of games and someone I know still has an SNES(Super Nintendo). PM me if you want the Entire list of N64 games that I have. :]

Old school is getting thrown around way too much these days (or at least for me...).

Put me down for NES danggit!

...And for those of you who haven't followed gaming much (shame on you! XP), PONG!

N64 and Playstation are not old skool.... they're barely, if at all a decade old.

Well... of my old systems set up in my basement I'd say I have more Sega Genesis games than any other type, with NES games as a very very close second. So I'd say its a toss up between those 2.

Sega had all my favorite Sonic games on it. I've played and own Sonic 1,2, and 3, Sonic and Knuckles, Sonic 3D Blast, and Sonic Spinball(which was a bit of a letdown with only 4 levels... <_<). I think I left one out there, but okay. Yeah Sega also had some of my other favorite games, like Shining Force.

Then of course the NES had Mario. Played and own Super Mario Bros 1, 2, and 3 and Dr. Mario. Pretty sure I left one out there too, but eh. And of course there were all the other games for it that were phun. Jackal, Metal Gear(if I had a quarter for every Metal Gear "fanperson" that hasn't played this game... :grr:), The Legend of Zelda(again, if I had a quarter etc....(though less for this one because of re-releases)), and on and on and on....

I'd also like to add that I miss games with the Joystick. Now that was phun to use.

Yeah, so that's all.

I have to agree with you on that one!

N64 for me. Its got quite a collection of good games. My second faveorite old school game would have to be NES. I love the first Zelda game! And those Mario games too.
Hey Enzan_Blues_FanGirl, have you played the very first Zelda game for NES? You can play it on the legend of Zelda collection for gamecube. We had to return ours...it was restarting on its own! And some of the games on it wouldn't work. >_<

Heh, mine still works like it was brand new. Mario Kart is still the best game for it.

Pong rules! -Hugs Atari-

My family still has the SNES and our copy of Tetris Attack. Ah, Tetris Attack, the best game ever made for that system...

OMG, NES all the way.

It was my first system, too. Mario Bros, Duck Hunt, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!, Mega Man 3, Zanac, RC Pro-Am... God, that system rocked.

Second favorite would go to my N64. I have 115 stars in Mario 64, and I'm trying to get the final five (4 of them involve getting 100 coins in the five final stages, and the last one is some secret star I don't know about.)

I can go on about the SNES, too, with MMX, Mario World, and Yoshi's Island.

Alright, lemme stop before I go crazy.
