This is the story of Fluken Hetigemma


The night started out normal as Fluken started going home to his house in Eleccity just then a deer jolted out in front of his car. Fluken rammed the brakes of the car the deer was safe but Fluken was sent crashing into the forest. The last thing he thought of was “What the heck was wrong with me, I should have missed that”
*later*
“Is he going to be o.k. mommy?”
“I don’t know Sweetie the doctors will try their best.”
“Oh there is the ambulance, we should leave now”
*At the hospital*
“Get some morphine to this guy”
“Nurse, help with the I.V.”
“Yes doctor”
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh”
“Get this guy to the operating room…NOW”

*8 hours later*
“Where am I?”
“The Eleccity hospital”
After the operation Fluken, had to spend many months in rehab. After rehab he spent years in depression and poor health. Until one day a man in worse condition than he came to his door selling an object called a “PET” it could hold a thing called a “Net Navi”
After Fluken got the PET from the man he soon was off to the under ground net battles. To find a custom navi maker to accommodate his new PET. He soon found a man who called him-self “Doctor X”. He gave him his PET and was told “Go to the north entrance of the sci-labs building after midnight on Wednesday.

“What, that was never part of the deal!!!”

“Fine take your money”
“Good I thought you would say that, now were is the money?”

“Take your PET and charge it to your computer and in the morning you shall find you navi fully battle ready”

Wow, mysterious...I like it so far. Just two tiny problems. A little too many run on sentences and you don't use some of the correct punctuation, like when he said "What, that was never part of the deal!!!" What should have a question mark. I'm just being honest. Seriously, though, I like it so far and I don't really care about those mistakes, but I'm just letting you know just in case. I hope you release the next chapter soon. I wanna see what happens next.

Sorry about the punctuation, I was a little tired when I wrote this. I got a good idea for a fanfic and I didn't want to wait until after I had gotten some sleep. In the future, I will have my older brother reveiw my punctuation and spelling, because he's cool like that.

Chapter 2

“Where is he?”
“I’m here”
“Where is the PET?”

“Good I thought you would say that, now were is the money?”

“Take your PET and charge it to your computer and in the morning you shall find
you navi fully battle ready”
*The next morning*
“Finally the day has come where I shall once again be happy and live my life”
As Fluken was taking the navi out of his computer and putting him in the PET
the PET automatically turned on and the screen read “Navi specs.” Soon a
picture of the navi came up and was called”Wingman.exe” his speed skill was
very high but his defense was quite low; his attack was slightly powerful, but
could easily be upgraded. At the same moment, the moment he phone rang and
Fluken picked it up, he answered and the caller said he was doctor X’s partner
and asked how Wingman was suiting him.
“He hasn’t talked yet and his specs are very good for no upgrades.”
“Yes well we haven’t made one as good as him in say… 10 years so take good care
of him”
“I shall, but now I must leave and go to the battle chip store and then train
for the upcoming tournament.”
“Very good”
“Now Wingman what type of navi are you?”
“I am a wind and fire navi”
“Very good would you like to look around the net while I go to the battle chip
store?”
“No, I would like to go with you my master.”
“Very good.”

Here is chapter 3 of my fic.

Chapter 3
As they entered the shop a man welcomed them and asked if he could help.

“Yes, you can, I need strong battle chips, strong enough for the tournament of roses.”

“Well there are some pretty good navi’s in that tournament, like Roll, Gutsman, Quickman, oh- and how could I forget Rockman?” said the man.

“Hmmmmm, never heard of them, now give me your best battle chips!!!”

“Are you new in town?”

“Just give me those chips.”

“Oh, right.”

“So Wingman, think you could win this tournament?” said Fluken.

“With ease, my master.” Wingman replied.

“You better, the prize is 50,000 zenny.”

“Here are those chips, your total is… 12,000 zenny”

“Holy crap! That’s a lot of money for chips, but I’ll pay only because I need them.” He thought.

When they went to the tournament area to sign up the navi asked for his name and navi code.

“My name is Wingman.exe, and my navi code is 876098,” said Wingman.

“You will be facing Quickman.exe.The fight starts at 5:25.” said the navi.

“Very good,” said Wingman, but he was really pre-occupied with other things- the other navis, for instance.

He soon started asking “Who is Quickman?”

Only a navi with a red and yellow color scheme and a boomerang on his head replied,

“Do you really want to know who Quickman is?”

“Yes, I suppose.”

“I am Quickman, the most powerful navi in the WORLD!!!”

“Pfft, I could easily pound you into the ground with one flick of a wing,” said Wingman.

“We will find out tomorrow, when we dual at the Tournament of Roses!”

“Come, Quickman, we have training to do and I told you stop talking to trash,” said Quickman’s operator, a teen with a red jacket and glasses.

“How dare he?! You shut the heck up about my navi, you ignorant fool! Come, Wingman, we shall leave this trash where it belongs.” Said Fluken.

But Quickman had already left before he could hear the remark.

“What chips did that store guy give us Wingman?” asked Fluken.

“Let’s see... a Vulcan 3, a Long Sword, a Cyber Sword, a Wide Sword, and something called Red Sun.” said Wingman from his PET.

As Wingman and Fluken were going home they came across a young girl. She was asking for a net battle and would probably win.

“Sorry little girl, but you and your heel navi are no match for us. Go run along and play with your little dollies.”

“Me…dolls…heel navi?!? You are one crazy little man! I could beat you in a battle any time, anywhere!”

“Try me.”

“Roll, Jack in!”

“Wingman, Jack in!”

The fight ended soon. Roll won, and Wingman lost miserably to a little girl who he personally thought should be playing with dolls and her pink navi.

“Wingman, you’re a wimp! You can’t even beat a PINK navi! I mean you lost horribly, did you even hurt her?” yelled Fluken.

“I think I did once.” Wingman replied quietly.

“Once?!? Is that the best you can do? You’re going to lose me 50,000 zenny, all because you are too weak to beat a little girl!!”

“I’m sorry, master.”

“You better be.”

CHAPTER 4
The day started as any other when Wingman was sleeping in Fluken’s computer. All of a sudden Fluken started violently shaking the monitor and yelling, “GET UP GET UP GET UP!!!”

“What the!?!?” said a startled Wingman.

“You now what I said, we need to start training for the tournament!0”

“Yes, my master, your wish is my command.”

As Fluken guided Wingman to the darkest place in the net they came across a strange blue navi who said that the area was restricted.

"I don’t care! I need to train for the Tournament of Roses!!!” yelled Fluken.

“Oh! You're in that tournament? I am too.”

“Really? What’s your name?”

“I am Rockman."

“I think I’ve heard about you from that battle chip guy.”

“Who is your net-op?”

“Lan Hikari, what about you?”


“Fluken Hetigemma.”

“Wingman, stop stalling, the tournament is in 8 hours and you need all the training you can get you worthless navi,” Fluken interrupted.

“Of course master. Good bye, Rockman.”

“See you at the tournament.”

As the two were training Wingman heard a strange voice, it was telling him to execute order 908765145.

“No, I will never betray my master!!!”

“Do it, or I will delete you with the push of a button,” replied the mysterious voice.

“Heh, you're out of luck there! I disabled that link I found earlier.”

“Oh, really? Your spec. screen tells me other wise.”

“What? How dare you?! My master cares about me I will not let him become an evil drone of your army.”

“Wingman, who are you talking to?”

“Nobody, lets get on with the training.”

“Oh, OK, but I was thinking some lunch first, you are almost strong enough to beat that silly girl navi who calls herself ‘Roll’”

As the tournament started the first up fighting were Roll and a heel navi. The heel navi suffered the same as Wingman had.

The next fight was Rockman VS Gutsman.

“I’m sorry I have to do this old friend.” said Rockman.

“Do what, guts?” asked the slow Gutsman.

“Defeat you.”

“You wish, guts.”

As Rockman predicted he won.

Gutsman was very disappointed but was not a sore loser. The next battle would be between Heel navi A and Heel navi B. Navi B was apparently the stronger one and would advance to the next round. And now the biggest fight of the evening:

Wingman VS Quickman!!!

“Time for you to die!!!” Quickman said with determination

“Heh, I’ve been training…a lot!” replied Wingman

Cahpter 5
“Time for you to die!!!” Quickman said with determination

“Heh, I’ve been training…a lot!” replied Wingman

“Wingman, jack in!" yelled Fluken.

“Quickman, jack in!” yelled yelled Quickman's operator, named Daisuke.

The fight started and Wingman made the first move, he used his wing fire attack and took 35 health out of Quickman within the first 5 minuets of the battle.

It was then Quickman’s turn to take out some health, he used a quick boomerang and did some damage.

As the battle waged Fluken was thinking it was time to use the Red Sun chip.

“Wingman, hold back and let him hurt you once.”

“I shall do as you wish, my master.”

As Wingman took some slight damage Quickman was getting very weak and needed a recovery chip badly. As he was thinking he heard words that sent shivers up his cyber-spine:

“Red sun, battle chip download.”

As Wingman was firing Quickman was tries to dodge, but it was too late- he was stunned and could not move.

“Is this the end?” He thought.

“It will be if you don’t get up in 5 seconds!” His operator replied

BANG!!! Quickman was defeated and Wingman was very proud of his master.

“The battle’s over!!!” The announcer exclaimed. “With Wingman victorious.”

“Good job Wingman, you have advanced to the next round! You are not a complete waste after all.” said Fluken.
I'll post the next chapter round' next week just to let people know.
