Agreed. When being a fan of something is aright, when the whole concept and character begins to dominate your life...it's not good. Ugly stuff happens. Trust me. I watch movies and TV. :puku: |

| A desire for a fictional character, in my opinion, would be unhealthy. I see a posibility where a view of a fictional character by someone might become the only point of view they have regarding others towards that gender. In other words, one might treat the opposite gender in real life as that person viewed them in the fictional series. One should never become too "attached" to something fictional. Some people in this world are mentally unstable and they might end up doing something that offends someone else. I would consider it to be alright for one to enjoy watching a certain character, but when it comes to fictional characters, one should never "love" or become "attached" to them. |

Some obsessions can be unhealthy... as long as you're still able to live your life normally, and not just revolve it around some object or person, it's perfectly normal
