Hmm. Less evil and more chibi than normal, and certainly a lot more likable than what I did to the poor guy, if ya know what I mean >_<
Out of curiosity, what feature on what program did you use to color this? I really like how clean the airbrush-like blur effects came out.

Actually I forget the black thing at the back of its head in that pic x_x
I didn't notice it until someone on a forum pointed that out...

It's the water color of Open Canvas.
This is my first try on that so it may not be good...
