You can change the content by using a #2 Pencil to just fill in and erase the connecters.
Oh and thanks for the help everyone, I'm at 187 standard chips right now. 
EDIT: Update, I got all the Standard chips \o/

| Just fill in the small space between the long, horizontal strip and the vertical strips. It doesn't have to be a perfect line in between the bars or anything. o_O |

Alright, someone posted, now I can ask my questions I've had for awhile.
Anyway, I have three questions to ask.
1. What does Metalman and Forte's HP max out to?
2. How come Elecman always says 100 whenever he talks?
3. Lastly, Is there anything to do Once you beat Forte? So far I've beaten him with Starman and Forte, and I'm about to beat him with Metalman. I'm also one Mega chip away from completing my library, and I'm basically running out of things to do.

So what should i do about the vertical strips that shouldnt be connected? |

You use a cutting tool of some sort and cut them out. This Part gave me a some difficulty, but not much. If they're connected by your pencil mark then you can just erase it. :)

If you want to play as Starman, you need to buy the bundle pack that comes with the Battle Chip Gate...or pay for the game and gate seperate and hack a Starman chip, it's your choice. XD

Most likely yes. I got my copy of Rockman 4.5 from Play-Asia.com, I think it's easier to just buy the bundle pack. You get the gate and Starman Navi Data Chip, it's $58.00 but Worldwide Shipping is only $4.00. Here's the link if you're interested.

1. Can't answer.
2. i'd guess it's 100 volts.
3. Don't know...but i'd suggest you beat EVERY navi's story...and beat tje navis at the Chaos Tournament...if you think you're up for the chellange of various SP navis!

And it's 20 HP per game (Capcom. Is. Insane. 50 should've been better). that's 140 a week. There IS bonus games at certain times, too. I ran into it a few days ago. The game features more Bugfrags, and Zennies.

Now the Chaos tournament, is that the Everyday tournament in Undernet3, or is it a Different tournament?

The Chaos Tournament is the Tournament you get after beating the game with every navi I believe.

How do you get the Official tournament going? I beaten the mission to be able to get aplouge to the tournament, but the guy at the counter isn't there when I head back to internet12.
