Actually I think they do mention Gospel when Pride is re-introduced. Didn't someone translate it on the old forum? |

Well, I watched the text boxes for any Katakana, and none of it said anything about Gospel. It seems like that's all in the past now. |

At first I taught I guess it was Pride's twin sister in the game but when I check the show of Megaman NT warrior episode 39, I'm sure it was her. I hate playing the games in Japanese. >_< |

Err, I believe Gospel was never mentioned and the two only talked about how Pride has changed and that she and Knightman have no hard feelings towards Netto. _________________ ~DrkX (Resident over-sexed camera-whore & Facebook zombie.)

I was wondering if anybody knows where I can see some official art of the ToC souls, or did they not release those yet? Thank you. _________________ created by XHunter17, thanks! I wrote it, it got deleated, Sketch reposted it, now you post it. Give me and DF proper credit, because some of the stuff in there is his, and the rest is mine... _________________

I hear the missions are almost identical in each version. You'd think capcom would have added some variety into the level structure for both games! |
I bring this back up because I seem to have been totally ignored. What version is everyone looking foreward to? I know I'm getting Team Protoman. _________________ Original name: blazequest |

What I'm wondering is how they are going to translate the part where dex wants to peek in on the girls changing!
Also i'm most likely going to buy TOB, all the souls are better in my opinion, and alot of TOC members suck... |

The games don't censor like NTWarrior does. They've even had jokes about implied nudity before as well. |

yea good point, i remember Mayl calling Lan a pervert in BN1, so my mistake...

i don't really like Medi Soul, the charged shot isn't all that great. I do like the fact that you can fuse a chip with a capsule effect (paralasis, Confusion, Blind) though. But I'm getting TOB because Colonel sucks, Knightman doesn't have what Magnetman does (instead he blocks the attack) and i prefer Napalmman over Toamhawkman anyday. |

Knightman's liberate power doesn't use command points. He just does it automatically. I think you just have to be close enough to him.
Personally, I'm curious to see Tomahawkman. I just wonder if its worth getting ToC just for the navis.
Colonel sucks? Well to each his own, I guess, but I'd have to disagree. _________________ Original name: blazequest |

Colonel Sucks? Meh, I'll believe it when I see it. Last I checked Blues' special chip was a Fumikomizan and isn't that Stepsword? Plenty of people have trouble using those y'know.
Also ToC has waaay too many good Navis for me to pass up. No offense but ToB-wise, but I've heard Gyro and Medi aren't too good and Searchman is akward to use.
Not that ToC has it's problems either. I've heard Shadow Soul is a big dissapointment and Tomahawk Soul's charge shot is really slow.
Anyone care to say the specifics on each Navi in each team and how they handle? (No one on GameFAQs can be bothered to write up Team guides and Chibi Soma's not gonna go through hell and back writing up a Colonel guide either.) |

Okay, I can write up some pretty comprehensive specs for every navi.
Note, the HP values increase throughout the game. I'm listing the values seen in their last missions in Nebula Hole, in other words their max HP. Similarily, the charge shot damages are also higher than they starts out as. It seems their weapon strength increases later in the game, and is not affected by the Navi Customizer at all.
Protoman -
HP - 800
Special Lib. Command: WideSword - battle to liberate three DarkPanels at once in the shape of a WideSword attack. One turn victory can liberate all the panels around Protoman just like the regular liberation command.
Other Special Lib. Command: Save - save your game during Liberation Mission
Golden Chip - Fumikomizan - 120 damage (sword type) StepSword
Charge Shot - WideSword - 80 damage
Battle Abilities - <-+B for reflect shield, charge swords by holding A, same as ProtSoul, really.
Colonel -
HP - 800
Special Lib. Command: S-Divide - same as WideSword
Other - also Save
Golden Chip - ColonelCannon - 120 damage Senshahou
Charge Shot - Screen Divide - 70 damage instant > shaped sonic boom, acts just like a V gun except the "V" points the other way.
Abilities - No arm Change, no cube soldiers, I'm not sure what he's got.
Magnetman -
HP - 900
Command - MagnetBarrier - Protects all allies with barrier until the end of the DarkLoid phase. Barrier negates all out-of-battle damage from DarkViruses and DarkLoids.
GoldenChip - NSTackle - 120 dmg (Elec) crushes enemy from both sides, provided the mirrored panel on the other side of the target is open for the blue Magnetman to appear in. ChargeShot - MagMissile - 60 damage missile that turns vertically to hit the nearest enemy. Moves too slowly to be effective.
Abilities - AirShoes, SuperArmour, Elec Elemental
Knightman -
HP - 900
Command - none. His only liberation ability is Knight Defense, which automatically defends him from all out-of-battle damage. Doesn't protect allies like Magbarrier, but at least it's free and doesn't require Knightman to waste a turn.
GoldChip - K-Crusher - 120 dmg (breaking) shoots mace straight down the row.
ChargeShot - RWB - hits all adjacent enemies with 120 breaking damage. Does NOT cause confusion like the KnightSoul version.
Abilities - moves slower than normal, SuperArmour
Gyroman -
HP - 700
Liberation Ability - converts to copter mode to fly over Dark Panels
Command - BakugekiLiberate - Instantly Liberates a Dark Panel he's flying over without having to battle for it by dropping bombs.
GoldChip - G-AirForce - 70 dmg. Drops bombs down the row while flying above. Moves too slow and is too inaccurate to be effective.
ChargeShot - TornadoArm - three-panel-long Tornado. 30 damage. one hit to first panel, two to second, three to third.
Abilities - FloatShoes
Shadowman -
HP - 700
Liberation Ability - runs over Dark Panels just like normal panels.
Command - Yamiuchi - Damages a DarkVirus or DarkLoid outside of battle. Damage increases as you go through the game. Shadowman is the only one who can damage enemies this way.
GoldChip - Bunshingiri - 100 dmg (sword) attack to nearest enemy via Shadowman copy.
Chargeshot - AntiDamage, hops up and throws a Shuriken at the nearest target doing 100 damage.
Abilities - Airshoes,
Napalmman -
HP - 700
Command - NapalmBomb - battles to liberate six panels at once in a cross pattern (four panels long with one more panel on either side of the third) You don't get items from Item Panels with this comand.
GoldChip - NapalmBomb - 120 dmg (Fire) on the fourth panel ahead, makes 9 panel explosion unless it lands on something.
ChargeShot - None, his buster is a fire vulcan. Hold down B to make him start shooting continuously at 7 dmg per shot.
Abilities - Fire Elemental
Tomahawkman -
HP - 700
Command - TomahawkSwing - battles to liberate six panels at once in a LifeSword pattern (2x3) You don't get items from Item Panels with this comand.
GoldChip - T-Swing - 120 dmg (wood) LifeSword-shaped attack with significant delay before the swing.
ChargeShot - Silver Tomahawk - 80 dmg. Throws his Tomahawk like a slow-moving boomerang. Turns vertically when it reaches the first column with an enemy in it and then turns back when it hits the opposite row. If it's thrown down the middle row, then it just goes back down the middle row.
Abilities - Wood Elemental, Super Armour, charges wood chips.
Searchman -
HP - 650
Command - PanelSearch - searches all DarkPanels in a row for for ItemPanels and then goes into battle to liberate them. If successful, all the ItemPanels in the row get liberated, all the items are picked up, and any traps are diffused.
GoldChip - SatelliteRay - 100 dmg (Targetting) Stop cursor and make + shaped attck on the panel.
ChargeShot - Auto-targets nearest enemy and hits 5 times of 15 dmg for 75 dmg total.
Abilities - Don't know.
Numberman -
HP - 650
Command - NumberCheck - seaches LifeSword-shaped area for item panels then instantly plucks the items out of them and diffuses any traps. The item panels turn to regular dark panels.
GoldChip - NumberTrap - 140 dmg. Sets a mine in enemy area that squashes a 2x2 area when triggered.
ChargeShot - DiceBomb - very slow charge, 9 panel explosion, damage is rollx20
Abilities - *shrug*
Medi -
HP - 600
Command - TwinLiberate - Make sure to use R to switch to Medi early in the turn if you plan to use it. use it on a panel and it will highlight green that panel and the panel at the other end of the line of Dark Panels. Confirm and Medi will go into Battle, and if successful, the two panels will remain highlighted. You can then make a second character (It only makes sense to use Gyroman) battle in the second highlighted panel and if successful, the entire row of DarkPanels will be liberated, letting the rest of the team get through to where Gyroman is.
She also has "Save"
GoldChip - MediCapsule - 100 dmg. Paralyzing LilBomb with delayed explosion.
ChargeShot - MediCapsule - 100 dmg. LilBomb with delayed explosion.
Abilities - You tell me.
Toadman -
HP - 600
Command - GenkideruMelody - Be sure to press R to switch to Toadman early in the turn if you plan to use it. Sings for an ally in a one-panel radius. If there are multiple allies in the area you have to pick which one. The ally gets a musical note above his head indicating his regular Liberate command now takes out an entire line of Dark Panels. Just like Twin Liberate except it's good with any character and you only have to battle once.
"Save" too.
GoldChip - S-Melody - 80 dmg (elec), homing paralyzing shot.
ChargeShot - FrogPunch hits nearest enemy for 100 damage.
Abilities - Aqua Elemental

I prefer ToC myself. Why?
-Knight Soul. DrillArm was good in ToB, but charged, it's even better.
-Chaos Knight Soul. Dark Drill charge = win. I made a folder just to exploit it.
-Chaos Number Soul. You would not believe what it does with Yo-Yos.
-ShadowMan's chip. Do not mess with a ninja.
-NumberMan's chip. It's my default chip (it's the only Mega-class small enough to be one).
-The ending. |

it was i think during the scene where you go to water works, one time you walk in, and she's behind her ladder, if you talk to her, she tells you she's changing, and to get out, after that, she says :"stop peeking, you Pervert!" |
