I just finished reading fruits basket 6 it was really cool how he turned into the true cat, does anyone read fruits basket... hehehe ^_^

Fruits Basket is a wonderful series that has the right mix of genras it's aiming for. Hatsuharu is my favorite character. |

I just got the first one yesterday, and I'm already hooked.  I'm asking for the boxed anime set for my birthday.  Such a great series! XD
Hm. Just yesterday I was wondering why there wasn't already a fourm for this series. o_o;

It is a good series! But the manga is better that the anime, though. The anime's too short. :/ (only 26 episodes)

| If you do want to get the anime, I recommend getting the complete series box set. It's a little more expensive than buying the 4 DVDs, but it's a beautiful box. |

I just read Fruits Basket Vol. 10. Although Vol. 9 is a bit confusing. Fruits Basket Vol. 10 had a couple of new characters. I think one is the step sister of Yuki.

I've only seen the anime, sadly. But I'll try and get the manga soon.
I adore it, though. Quite wonderful. Though some of my friends thought Yuki was a girl at some points ^^;; It's just so bittersweet, I think.

??? Typically, a box set is less expensive than buying four seperate discs. On its own, a disc is about $20 (usually more, sometimes less) while the box set, Spork-Queen said it was $70 (Ten dollars less than four $20 discs). As long as I'm patient enough, I'll wait to get deals like that. There was no box set when I go Fruits Basket, but there was a sale at Right Stuf.
Actually, Right Stuf is having a Funimation sale right now! If you want to get the Fruits Basket box set, you can order it for 40% off as long as you use the on-line coupon when you check out. This is also good if you want to get Full Metal Alchemist, Tenchi Muyo GXP and the new OVA (older Tenchi was Geneon), Case Closed and other things as well. Even though the anime version is shorter and a bit different, it's still an incredible series. Definately one of my favourite shows by far.
