I forget the exact story, but Elpis was a soldier in Neo Arcadia, saw an "Elpis" project, and ran off to join the rebels. He then adopted the name.
At least, that's what I remeber, but my TELOS CD drifted away from me...gotta find that sucker. |
I don't know if the english verison is accurate but he reffers to himself as an "errend boy" for Neo Arcadia. |

I wonder what would happen if they made an Elpizo.EXE? I mean, they did it with Colonel, Zero, Punk, Glyde...You never know.
