I've seen Rush choosing not to return to Meiru's PET for long periods of time. In the end if he didn't want to, he wouldn't return. Obviously Rush just wasn't around and wasn't anywhere to be recalled, I refer you back to Axess where he ran away. In the Neko virus episode as well, Meiru called Netto to see if he knew where Rush was, obviously if she could have recalled him, she wouldn't have called Netto.
All in all, Rush would've have to be 'there' for cross fussion to be an evident and total given. On the other hand, the episode focused a lot more on Maddoi than on Meiru, letting Meiru cross fuse would drop away the perfect time for Maddoi -and shuuko- to show off a bit. It was fanservice after all, just not towards Meiru's fans.

Why bother with R-Roll? Its not like Netto was having any trouble in the fight. In fact the chip gate just made it overkill. The only time Netto gets help lately is when he is out numbered, otherwise he's fine on his own.
And for the record none of Netto's friends get much focus in Stream. He seems to hang out with Manabe more than friends his own age. |

This is why I long for the days of EXE. Navis stayed in the cyber world and Lan got into many adventures with his friends. Now he is just being ordered around by Kifune or Famous. The Megaman.exe anime is losing its touch. T_T

| Actually Kifune seems to have disappeared as well. Wonder why he is getting neglected. Netto just seems to wonder into crime scenes and save everybody without being ordered to. The ordering was in Axess. |

Oh, looks like I should pay more attention. I could try down loading an ep of Stream, but it would take weeks cause my computer is 5 years old, hopelessly obsolete.
