Basically, IMO, Medi is the exact opposite of the image you have of her, except maybe the niceness, where she's not altogether bad.
She's pitifully weak. Roll took one hell of a beating from Flashman in Axess episode 4, but at least she held him off for a respectable amount of time. Medi... Well, let's just say that in Stream episode 34, she would've been sliced to bits by Beastman if not for Rockman popping up out of nowhere and saving her sorry butt. Pretty much the same thing in every battle she's been in yet.
Gifted and strong? That's like saying Satan is a cute, fuzzy Carebear that strives to feed the hungry and help the sick.

Beg to disagree here. Your obvious bias against her doesn't make you the most trustworthy source for a judgement towards her.

Your opinion, very respectable, but hardly a fact for 'everyone' to agree with.

Yeah she did... after she got him hurt in the first place, right? Medi haven't gotten Rockman into trouble for being too enthusiastic, in any case Medi goes to fight her battles, Rockman just joins in them. Now I'm not biased towards any of them, I like Roll and Medi just the same. But Medi was made for a different purpose than Roll, and comparisions aren't always fair.

Again, your opinion. But I see no proof to back up such claims.
She's gifted as she's a farmacist, therapist, and nurse in the same package, she can 'construct' bombs, and medicines. I haven't see her being overly pitifully weak, if any the only episode I've seen her be 'weak' despite her wide inventory of weapons to her disposal, has been precisely episode 34, and she was probably weakened just to throw Rockman being the saviour of the females in disgrace.
In her first appearance she held her ground just fine on her own, later on aided by Rockman. In Episode 23 she took care of the virus and Heel navis that attacked them. Neither Rockman or Gutsman had to go to her aid in this episode. How does that make her 'weak'?

I see neither Gutsman or Rockman protecting her here.
All in all Medi isn't perfect, but neither is Roll for a comparision. Both have strong and weak points. You have your opinion, but if you're going to give a 'review' of the character to someone else, at least offer better proof to back you up.

well she.....does have an ass button!!!! xD rofl
if you havent noticed yet she can also fight not as well as rockman but she can fight, also i think she can scan data and also can heal.
they are just like ken and ryu both them are the same but different

Roll is more of an assistent navi, but she can fight, she's a bit more suited for fighting that Glyde for example, she is strong willed. She's proven she can hold her grounds when she's required to do it. She's pretty skilled as well when she wants to do something. Aside she's the type that just won't give up, pretty stubbon about what she wants to do.
She's more of a child too, so she can be more immature in comparision to Medi. And her jealousy and temperament gets the best of her too sometimes, causing unnecesary situations. But Roll's very devoted to her friends, she's the type that'll endanger herself for someone else.

I was only posting my opinion, and not an objective review of Medi. I never said nor implied that I was making a review. In order to make a judgement, one needs to see the spectrum of opinions and decide which one seems best. You can't just brush off my opinion claiming it's too biased to make any sort of judgement.
On a nitpicky side note, the "reliable" would be a better word to use than "trustworthy," simply because those are my honest opinions, and I'm not making them up to jump on some bandwagon. Whether those opinions are reliable or not is a different story.
Edit: As for Medi being a talented therapist, that's totally groundless. She was programmed for that. In any given case that one Navi has a certain ability that another Navi doesn't, it has nothing to do with talent and everything to do with code. So what if Medi is excellent at healing, moreso that Roll? Roll's healing abilites are rudimentary, whereas Medi was designed around that theme.
Pharmacy? Catalogue.
Pill bombs? Pre-programmed ability.
Holding her own in battle? Yeah, until the battle heats up.

Hey, at least Rockman got the ability to perform Soul Unisons from that.
