The lack of games for it doesn't bother me as much as it does with the DS, seeing that at least with the PSP I can have another use with it(and eventually, emulators! Yay!). With my DS, it's just... sitting there.
But the DS does have a sliiiiiight advantage, very slight... the single cart multiplayer. That's it. XD
I guess it shows that I'm a Sony fan girl. *hugs her first release PS2* |

I've only got a DS... (with two games currently, but that amount is going to increase quite a bit this summer most likely )
I considered PSP, but I had rather bad luck with games and all of the ones I was interested in either turned out to be remakes, not very good (at least, from the sound of things) or cancelled.
Might still get one after the price is lowered... but there currently isn't really any games I'm interested in. |

I have DS with "Super Mario 64 DS" and "Pokemon Digers Adventures In Halacondays" Pitchums aughta be able figure out the "pokemon digers..." thing. as for PSP it's too *BLEEP* expensive I'm going to wait till it's $150 or lower, that and I heard that there is a tech glitch that makes it eject disks if you press more then about 3 buttons at the same time.

I think they fixed the disc ejection thing... I haven't heard anything about that for a long time. Not since way back when the PSP wasn't out yet.
Also, it's digouters, if I recall correctly.
I'm still waiting for the price drop on PSP - that and I need a job. I'm definitely getting it for Legends though, and now Darkstalkers as well. ...I'll probably just buy one of a dis-satisfied friend though. Or wait a while and get a used one at Gamestop or EB(well they're both one in the same now, but ehh... still going under both names as I understand it)

Oh I'm a HUGE Sony lover myself...(following owned Sony products): Laptop, alarm clock, cordless telephone, digital camera, VCR, PC DVD drive, PC DVD burner drive, sound-canceling earphones, old 80's big screen TV, blah blah blah blah blah...yeah you get the point. Everything except the Banana I ate this morning is from Sony.
BUT, I think the PSP is a total waste of money because it's nothing more than a gimick. Honestly, you can get TONS more music and photos on an Ipod for about the same price. And movie watching? You barely get enough battery time to watch one movie...if you want to watch movies, get a portable DVD player...plus you can see photos on there too!
If it was a GAME ONLY system like the DS, then I'd consider it. So for me, DS definitely! Very innovative and interactive games, and they are fun too.
However, Darkstalkers does have some appeal...especially with someone as hot as Succubus...boy is she one hot demon. But still, PSP price has to drop A LOT before I will consider it.

I currently own a DS with Super Mario 64 DS, Metroid Prime Hunters Demo, and Rayman DS. I think the only reason I got one was because of Pictochat, any upcoming Rockman EXE games, and of course, Animal Crossing. :)
I did consider PSP though. If the price is brought down a bit, I might actually get it after the summer when I've earned some money. |

i know most of us Megaman Fans are going to get a Nintendo DS so we can play Megaman Battle Network 5 DS + we can play all of our old GBA games on it as well. I got a DS and I'm loving it. And of course I'm going to be getting a
BBN5 for DS. And I also agree with you on why anybody would want a PSP. They cost way too much and don't have many great qualities to them.

I have both, or rather, I had both. I still have my DS, though the only thing I use it for is to put my glasses on it before I go to sleep or play GBA games on it... I used to have a PSP until it was stolen (che... it makes me sick to thing that the same person who stole it is getting a free laptop from our school system). I'm looking to buy a new one on ebay for cheap since I learned of a Nippon Ichi game being released on it in America. Also, Rockman DASH is coming out on it =D.
