Xtreme Zero (PSX)! 8-29-05

It looks pretty cool, but there should be some recoil to it(that can be a pain to do though). Also, he should have his other arm on top of the buster to steady it while he shoots. Oh yeah, I think the buster's supposed to be on the Left arm...

Other than that though, it's really cool....Gotta love Trigger :D

Thanks, for the compliment and advice.

Here, I tried to addresss the things you said, and I know his left arm's supposed to be the buster, but I did it like Capcom: whichever way he's facing, the buster will be in front of his body.

Another fine sprite from Roy, but it would be cool if you made his arm go back up after it shot, like i would with a real gun, no offense but, you know me well enough to know what I mean. Smile

Here's a little thing I whipped up just now. It's Irregular X (or something like that...). All I know about him is that he was in some Rockman X manga, and that he looks cool.

Yes, it's semi-custom, but why make a new head and legs when the old ones fit great? :D

The head is from the Rockman X Soul Eraser (Megaman Xtreme) games for the GameBoy Color. The sprite is very true to term in stylization to the Xtreme series, but needs a bit more I think in details for the arms and buster. For some more information on Irregular X (IX) I think I can fill you in.

He was developed for a card game for the Rockman X series called "Rockman X CyberMissions", he is a spare body for X that was infected with the Irregular (Maverick) Virus and felt that he could do a better job then Sigma. He didn't last long and was soon killed, but he does return in a new armor and body under the name Return X (RX). He also appears in some manga's as well, and is in one of the lines of toys and models for the Rockman X series released by BanDai and Capcom.

I have an update! THis is the first Classic series Xtremification I've done, I think. So, presenting Burstman Xtreme!:

I personally like this one, though it's not on scale with the other Xtreme robot masters (then again, this is an Xtremification of a MM7 RB whereas the official Xtreme robot masters are Xtremifications of the arcade Classic games).

I have this new custom guy. I don't have a name for him, and I had no idea how he'd turn out when I started, so...

Yep. He's 100% custom, sprite-wise and character-wise. Yay!

Oh, and those little boxes above him are the assorted shades of color I used. I have no idea why I put them there.

Not that bad, reminds me a little of the green boss from zero(I can't spell the name) and a few people put those color boxes there too.

Nice job on the sprite, Roy. The character design reminds me of a cross between Rockman X Zero (the chest), Harpuia (body scheme and twin swords), and even a little of Boktai's Sabata (the head design). Good job spriting the little guy, and you can always fool around with those color bars and find some way to use them to describe his stats :]

These are all beautiful, really. The custom guy's head does indeed, look like Harpuia, but I think the body looks like Omega X(I don't know why, though.). What I can't believe is that you made these on MSpaint. I CANNOT custom sprite on that thing, and I didn't even think it was possible. Guess some people can. Either way, these are all FREAKING AWESOME. I wanna see more!

@ CrossFusionStarman: Don't worry, MS Paint is fine for spriting. I've been spriting for several months now, that's all.

And now, another one of my custom sprites of a Zero series character. This time, the series namesake.

I know the head looks a bit odd, I couldn't get it quite right. :/

thats a really good sprite. I like it lots. the pose is probably the one thing I don't like. i like the colors you picked and the porposion of his figure but his pose is to plane, no action, no exitement, no drama.

Actually, the head looks pretty good Roy. It's just the pose that seems a tad awkward. This could probably be solved by bringing his arms in just a bit, or if that's the look you were going for, right on! Also, you could perhaps maybe make the gray area in the upper middle of his crotch darker, to further enhance his gut :]

Overall, another great sprite.
