The reason she looks a lot like Rockman was down to me. By the story, she's another Soul Navi created by Yuuichiro, whom was the test subject for the equipment that turned Saito into Rockman.

I must say I also thought she looked a little too Rockman-inspired until ElecGuts clarified everything. A good design with an interesting story behind it. Are there any plans to feature her in a fancharacter manga like Shonshiwo15's?

As good as it is, I don't agree with the blue, partly because I didn't have it in the description you used to draw Neta.

Vanilla: There's no plans yet, but I guess if Sam is up to doing it, there may be some chance of it happening.

The blue? If you want I can change it. I just felt that if every part of Neta was yellow and orange, she'd look fire-themed.

Manga? Not likely. I'm not good at sequential art. The most I could do are "sound bites", not complete scenes or complete stories.

The yellow and orange theme would actually work for Neta, I think. Fire to me just seems like more of a red-and-orange scheme, so it could pretty much be pulled off if you or ElecGuts wanted to experiment with it a little. As for that spoof thing...Saratu having her mom as a Net Navi? O.O Let's hope she can handle it. I like her design and casual dress; she looks a lot like her Navi.

That's cool. Too bad Neta doesn't show up at the Masquarade Ball in Megawoman's fic. We could have stuck her in a Vader mask. Careful with spelling though. Doctor would be spelled Hakase, not hasake.
