I used the one in the DNN station, after getting the first star. It spits out some very nice chips. :V
But your method kills two birds with one stone, so as to speak, because you'll need to feed it 300 bugfrags eventually... Meh.

The only thing about virus chips is that no chip trader will EVER spit one out. The only way to get one is to toss a virus chip into the trader, then order it back from Higsby.
And now, my gripe. Why is it that one cannot order mulitple copies of a chip in one step? It's tedious to order a Guard * 50 times and wait for each one.

| I distinctly remember getting virus chips from a trader. Of course that was after already getting them the legit way, and it may have been the bugfrag trader. |

Hmmm...interesting. So exactly what chips are off-limits in the chip trader (barring the obvious ones--the version-exclusive navi chips)

Most, if not all asterisk-coded chips (like Areagrab *.... grrr) virus chips, giga chips... I think that's it. Are there any others?
