Shoot him with the Rockbuster or other weapons that will kill him.

Whenever I use Rockbuster, I jump.

Is the game being a cheating stupidhead? Sad

I use Roll Soul on Rockman to make him Jet-Pack Roll armor. Then I go Chuck Norris on his ass : o. Cutman never knew what hit him...

Jump and shoot, that's all you need...

Get into the habit of pressing A and B at the same time; it's pretty useful.

Jump and Shoot, not too hard.

And what's going on? Is this for Rockman.EXE, or for Rock Man? I'm confused. >_<

I'm guessing X8 "retro" Cut Man.

Well in general:
Power Fighters: Slash Man's weapon
Power Battle: Power Arm
MM1: Power Arm/Rock Buster (maybe you can use elec beam)
MM8 (Saturn version): ???
X8: 2 regular charged shots.... (well he's not the real deal...)
