OMG!!!!Talk about ironic.I bought a couple of Studio Ghibli Collection figures,and its been 4 months,and ive only recieved one!They only responded to me once,a week before i got the one!

You're not bringing anything really 'new' to the conversation. It's already been stated how bad their service seems to be. However if you had a good experience with them and think their service has much improved and recomend buying form them now. Then that would be a 'new' thing to contribute to the topic.

You can also bring the same issues while making a new post asking which stores are recomended to buy from because this other store's service is really lacking.

There's ways to do things, but re-stating something that's been said plenty of times through the same thread doesn't offer anything new.

I just saw this, thank all of you for your info! I was about to go there to place an order for their Japanese Rockman Figures! I'm gonna keep buying them from Tate's Comic shop now. I kept wondering why Toys 'N' Joys' toys (woah, that's a tongue twister) were so damn overpriced... -_-;

well i try to buy the most things at ebay, i even got a enzan plug-in PET for only $65....i think its cheap compared to the prize toysnjoys ask't, and its an rare item 2, but i think im not the only one who buy's on ebay though.

That's a nice warning in case I ever decide to shop for action figures, accessories, or costume parts. Talk about a bunch of frauds! ^_^;;;

I wonder how those guys at Toy "n Joys...is it? Well anyway, I wonder how they are reacting about the complaints that are going around?
