Heh. Forte's a pushover. He's almost as easy to beat as Blues. I don't remember any particular battle I had with him, but I beat Forte SP in EXE2 on my first shot. I think I had a rank 5 though... :/ Maybe not 5 but somewhere between 4 and 7. Was a pretty average rank. -shrug- And of course, I only use Elec Custom style. I could care less about his Chip though. More power in other combos. _________________ I think it's time to say goodbye. |

I remember back when I beat BassGS on the first try on BN3 White... I was in Aqua Bug style (which I've still got), using a multicoded folder with Momquake and Bodyguard. It takes a while, with me dodging his attacks fairly easily but not being able to hit him because almost nothing in my folder can break his aura. I finally broke the aura with Scuttlest, but it came back about half a second later, so then it's just more dodging without being able to do anything, until I get the chips for Momquake. So I form the PA, wait till the custom bar fills up, then drop rocks all over the place. Bass loses his aura and takes damage, and I get to pick more chips. Luckily I've now got the chips for Bodyguard, so Bass is shuriken'd to death before he can even do anything.
And that's the story of my most memorable fight with Bass. :D
Edit: I wasn't even trying to win, either! I was mostly trying to study his attack patterns XD _________________ My feathered kids

I beat Bass GS on my first try too, but it was mainly because of major over usage of the FolderBack chip. ^^; That one chip(NorthWind?) that gets rid of his aura was a huge help, but I wasn't stocked with that many good combos. Took me forever to beat him because I forgot to fix up my folder. _________________ I think it's time to say goodbye. |

BassGS... I used Northwind to break the aura, did any finching damage I could to keep him off the aura... Waited until FolderBack came up... rinse and repeat. Oh, and Lifeaura + Sancuary helped too. _________________ ' I don't care if the buzz isn't real- I can roleplay being drunk!'

Haven't battled Forte since EXE3. Dont mention EXE2, because all versions of him in EXE2 were a pushover. In EXE3, he was still easy. Really easy. But not as easy as the first time you face Forte in EXE2. That is literally a joke on Capcom's part... _________________

I beat Forte on EXE4:RS a lot of times, I somewhat figured his pattern. The EXE4 Forte is much easier (in my opinion) compared to any of the previous EXE games.
My luckiest battle with Forte was when my best combo appeared in my first two turns (Holy Dream combo). Because of that, I used to have the shortest recorded battle with Forte on Gamefaqs.com. Sadly, someone beat my record... Oh well -_-; ... _________________ My deviantART... |

Forte, forte forte. Ahh, this little guys been overrated a lot by Rockman fans everywhere. Personally, in EXE 1 , he was too easy. In EXE 2, I S-ranked him countless times and in EXE 3 he was just as easy a pushover. Mainly just abusing Bodyguard and Dreamsword 3. In EXE 4, he was almost pathetic as they took out his best attacks, and in EXE 5, he hasnt gotten much better. |

The only time Forte has got one over me is when he caught me when I forgot to heal >_<. All of the other times he is really easy. I usually just pull off lots PA's on him. _________________ What's the point in having a sig? All it does is take up space and annoy people. I'll never create one! |

Forte is simple, really, unless you're unprepared. As for NrthWind, I usually don't use it... I just stuff a high powered chip in there instead and smack him with it. I then PA the daylights out of him, and if he's reaslly being a pain, Like BassGS in BN3, I use thes Geddon3 + Snctuary Combo that totally screws him up.
I casn understand him being hard if you're unprepared or if you don't have good chips, you need to be pretty well set in order to beat him.
Wanna make him look like an idiot? Whoop him with his own chip. ^-^ |

Ah yes, Forte, he is quite overrated ^_^ but the part I really love is all the complaints about his regenerating aura and having to waste so many chips breaking it :D Bass is simple, especially in BN 3. I just Grass Stage, then Magnum the living crap outta the guy, cause really all you have to do it get him down to half HP and the aura's no longer a problem. once you do that, just more around to dodge his attacks, and when it gets around time for him to Earthbreak, move to the front row, and when he uses the attack, hit him with a flinching attack, and voila, you've taken out the aura without having to waste a P.A. or valuable chip, and from my experience, the row of panels should come back by the time he earthbreaks again, so you don't need to be TOO concerned, but be quick, since it's a small window between the panels coming back and him Earthbreaking again |

I was under the impression he was hard until I fought him in EXE 3. I used my friends game and his chip folder was wrank and he was still easy. But I also beet him in transmision using zeta cannon, treebombs and lifesword three, couple seconds really. |

whats really hard is in BN4 where you have to s-rank bass' omega form to get delta ray edge or dark aura. Its a bit easier just to use collect to get the chip but then you have a weaker character because you sacrificed navi customizer programs. it took me about 2 tries to beat bass but thats because i got the pit hocky PA and the Pile Driver PA. |

I got a good draw of chips against him and killed him almost straight away. _________________ What's the point in having a sig? All it does is take up space and annoy people. I'll never create one! |

I only fought his EXE1, 2, 3 and Transmission versions. S'd the EXE3, 10'd EXE1, and S'd EXE2. Transmission only ALMOST got me because I forgot to Activate Zeta Cannon. I was trying to RockBuster him.
I'm also confused from EXE4's Forte. People tell me that there was a missing data piece in that game which let you get his Soul. The game spoke of it, but nothing happened. Is this true? |
