Tools: Photoshop, pencil, eraser, "satanic" paper (which came out of someone's I Love Satan sketchbook <__<) (but which I hope does not influence this drawing >__>), and lots of free time. Plus a little luck. The quality of my drawings seem to depend on whether I'm in the correct mood at the time. Inyhoo, I'd hope it's all right, but considering that this is ME, comment or I'll stab you with a rake. :P

EDIT: Yeah, I'll critique and comment more efficiently this time. Overall, I see no flaws to the drawing; I only have an issue with Netto and Enzan's hands. The color selection's really excellent, and the shading's somewhat deep. Despite a few white specks lingering in the drawing, this is probably one of the best drawings I've seen in a few months.

I suppose it'd be counted "bitching" to mention that while this pic took me several days of hard Photoshop work, it isn't getting even as many replies as quick sketchies which were flipped out in the course of one class period? What is wrong with me? :P Is it my art style? My sarcasm? Or just the fact that I use LINKS which you have to actually CLICK on in order to see the drawing, instead of waiting for it to load in the actual thread?

...ahem.

Even if there is something so blatantly wrong with my art that it forbids anyone to comment, I would still love to freaking KNOW what the hell it is. And that is impossible unless some of you actually take the time to criticize and tell me what I need to improve. While I am grateful for the two who have chosen to share their opinions on my work, I don't believe it is sufficient compared to the amount of replies others get in this forum.

I am finished bitching. You all may do as you wish.

Unless his arms are really long the way his fingers are showing his hand should showing more or his PET should be higher.

But thats just my opinion and Im not an artist so take this with a grain of salt.

Gasp...this picture is awesome! The various colors you used to accent their clothes, especially Laika's coat, is quite well done. Only things I can think of at the moment to nitpick are that their chins seem a little pointy. Also, Netto's left arm seems slightly out of proportion, as it's a little thin compared to his other arm. It may be the perspective you've chosen, but Netto and Enzan's right shoulders seem a bit too broad compared to their left ones. Enzan also seems to be bending his fingers a little too far back to grip his PET. >_<

All said and done, this is a visually astounding pic and the cell shading technique could easily pass as professional. Another great job Nazne.

Vanilla: ...Aw damn XDD I just realized the thing about the shoulders. Originally intended one of them to be facing more to the 3/4, but then I drew the legs in a forward-facing position and screwed that up. And I'll see about that hand thing next time. ^^;;

Huh. Laika seems to have come out the best-drawn this time. <<

Cool. And I agree, they do look older. A suggested change: I think the crest (or whatever) in the background would look better if t were done with the line tool instead of by hand. Other than that, I like your style.

This is really well done. The shading is perfect (as far as I can tell). I must agree with shadien and SamBarry, though. As N20 said, you were in the right mood, The detail is amazing. I like it.

It's quite a good picture. Yeah, Laika does look like the one you put the most effort into. Very nice shadowing on the uniform. Only two things I see to critique. Netto's hand has no shading on it and his chin is too pointy. Well, actually, I think Enzan's chin is supposed to be a little less pointy to, but I'm sure Netto has a fairly round chin. Still, cool, and the [spoil:3d1d249e61]Duo symbol[/spoil:3d1d249e61] in the background is a nice addition.
