Beats me. I just entered "japan lighthouse" in my search engine, and this is one of the pictures I got as a result. Upon closer inspection, I believe those are poeple.

I was going to create 2 Serenade Sharks, one male and one female (as a joke on Serenade's debatable gender). Will it be as sexy as Plant's? Well -_-; ... I guess that can be said for the female Serenade Shark ^_^ ...
As for the male Serenade Shark, the design is roughly finished. If you really want, I can try changing it so it would be as sexy as Plant's...

You just reminded me there was "crazy" Yuriko fan art I wanted to do, but have not gotten the chance.
They said Serenade was a guy 90% of the time in the manga and in some art book they said guy.
Yeah I was a bit disappointed Serenade had to be a dude, seeing how it would have been cool to see at least one strong female navi. |

A Yellow convertible. It was mentioned many times that Yuriko had a really 'nice' vehicle. You can see her driving Netto and Meiru with it as she impersonated Mariko in the Metal Soul episode.

A yellow convertible, huh? Say, can anyone of you give a full picture of the car (if any)? Just want to see if the car is within my drawing skills. The scrrencaps on the Metal Soul episode showed little of the car... Thanks to who can show me one.
Oh, yeah. I promise, my next post will have Tesla on it.
Still waiting if Malik wants a sexy male Serenade Shark :] ...

I'm back!
As promised on my last post, here's my try on Tesla.
Tesla
Something about my drawing feels wrong. I don't think I made her look as evil as she is. What do you guys think?
Also, I updated my Yuriko V2. It's now V2.1.
Yuriko V2.1
The changes:
* I realigned her facial features. Hope that's good enough.
* Changed her left hand so it's proportionate with the right.
* Slightly changed the design on the helmet.
* Added a few decals on the bike.
* Added the two missing parts of the bike I somehow forgot to draw in the beggining: the turning lights and the side-view mirrors.
All in all, add an hour to the production time of Yuriko V2 -_-; .
There you go. Now that's out of the way, I move on the Serenade Shark :] .

Like you said you're Tesla doesn't give off an evil vibe more of " I love being worshipped." Still it was a great job. Her proportions turned out right and her clothing is dead on, you even included her magnet earings. The best part would be her henchman in the background worshipping her.
Yuriko 2.1 is a nice improvement. You seemed to have fixed up her flaws and even added a few things to improve the overall image. Great work.

The little cheering Neo WWW made me laugh. It's such a cute addition on the image.
However, I'd like to say that Tesla's face kind of reminds me of a balloon. But the little pose with her hand really brings out her evil chuckle. ^^
The latest version of Yuriko looks much better than before. Great job as usual. :D

Good job on the revisions on the Yuriko picture. With all the logos and better shading effects, her figure seems to blend more easily into the background now. The Tesla pic was also good...and funny. (flicks over the little Neo-WWW figurines) Regarding the "something wrong" you mentioned, perhaps she could use more eyeshadow. Evil women historically wear a lot of makeup. :]
No problems otherwise; keep up the good work! |

Aquaman's operator, right? Okay, I'll give it a go. It won't be done anytime soon, though. Right now, yours is fourth on my list. I have a question though: what do you mean by "Shuuko going: I'm sad cuz I'm flying!"? A joke on Shuuko, perhaps  ?
Also, I'm still shtumped by the Serenade Shark picture -.- . The idea for the female Serenade Shark is already finished. The problem is the male Serenade Shark. Can anyone tell me a formula for sexy guys? I've already heard one opinion, but I could probably use more...
Anyway, thanks for the comments. As for the Tesla picture, I'm still not sure what's wrong with it... Maybe I should just recreate it, like Yuriko's picture...

Great art (love the Neo WWW as well)! Though I have one problem with Yuriko v2.X. Are the little "bubbles" in her hair supposed to be that big? In the first picture, it looks just fine (probably because most of her hair is hidden behind her), but this one just stands out whenever I look at it. o_o

I'm here!
I was waiting for another post, so that this could be the 300th. I got tired of waiting, however -_-; . Anyway, guess what :] ?
Serenade Shark (Male and Female)
The idea changed midway. Instead of Female Serenade saying "Not a word...", I gave her a "What the f*** is this?!" look on her face. The Male Serenade couldn't care less about it :] .
And for the record, the shark this was based on is the angel shark. The angel shark more or less resembles a manta ray.
