Games-
Legend of Zelda File Select Theme
Wind Waker Title Theme/Staff Credits
Great Fairy Theme
Various Ocarina, Wind Waker, and Overworld music

(All LoZ. I don't really have anything else in my head at the moment, as I've been playing Wind Waker alot lately)

Anime-
Piece of Peace (First Rockman.EXE ending; I think that's the title)
All the Inuyasha Ending Themes I've seen so far

Edit: I beat Wind Waker a couple of hours ago and it reminded me of another one: Ocarina of Time Ending Music

This is just weird, but the first portion of Emerald Coast from Sonic Adventure's background music calms me out like nothing else. XD That, and the first opening from Hikaru no Go.

I must say, Rythem's Harumonia and Namie Amuro's Four Seasons do the trick for me. They're soothing and I like the lyrics.

Inuyasha has many good songs. Many of which are slow-paced. Either way, I love their music. Four Seasons is actually a song from one of the movies. So is Ai no Uta.

Any slow, mellow anime song calms me down. If i didn't here at least 5012 anime songs a day, my day isn't complete.

Recently, the one song that calms me down the most is "Tori no Uta", which is the opening to AIR TV. Before I had that, I used to listen to "Ao no Requiem" from Samurai Deeper Kyo to calm down.
