That's why you should get the x10 EXP and play on mania mode. It's fun and even if you are over-leveled, enemies still take a while to kill =P.

Speaking of combos

That's a pic some one made of their combos. It's from a site that attempts crazy awesome stuff in video games. Like beating [spoil:5fb9aaa46b]Abyssion[/spoil:5fb9aaa46b] on Mania mode with a level 6 Collette XD. They have a lot of Symphonia stuff and other Tales games if any one is interested. I dunno if it would be advertising to post it here, but search for "Holystar" on Google. It should be the first one. The videos they have there are really cool =P.

I sorely wish I could finish the game... got to the second disc. Literally. It said "Put in the second disc" and I didn't have it. I was borrowing the game ^^;;

My party consisted of Genis, Lloyd, Sheena, and Raine, until the last part before the end of the disc where I realized that in battles, Kratos really is better... Can't remember my party for that part.

But yes. Very fun game. Very very fun.

And this might be just me...... But did anyone feel sorry for [spoil:095ca8ff27]Mithos [/spoil:095ca8ff27]at the end of the game

No, he's just a spoiled brat =\. He just wanted to create a world for himself and his sister, he's no better than any other game villian. I kicked his ass with no remorse, the same way I kicked Miktran's, Shizel's, and Dhaos' Wink

I do, however, feel very sorry for Sheena. That must suck, [spoil:c6a59a00c2]having killed a lot of people in your village on accident and becoming the biggest outcast ever.[/spoil:c6a59a00c2] [spoil:c6a59a00c2]Plus, she loses her best friend to Volt.[/spoil:c6a59a00c2] Oh, and I just did this yesterday: try going to Altamira with everybody in the beach costumes and talking to people.

I guess i am just wierd, Meh, Umm i am having trouble getting some grade.... have any tips, i am trying to get all the options in the Grade shop at the begining new game plus

First of all, don't get EVERYTHING in the Grade Shop. A: That'll take you forever, and B: Some of the stuff in there is absolutely useless. Techs, for example. Even if you carry over your learned techs, you still wouldn't have the TP to use them right away. (Probably the only real use for the Techs carryover is to have Raine's Ray early on for Unison Attacks, which in turn isn't that useful in itself unless you have the Combos upgrade.) Or Gald. If you play the game right, you should start getting ridiculous amounts of Gald as soon as you depart from Palmacosta for the first time, and having extra Gald for the first 3 hours or so isn't worth the 1000 Grade price tag.

As for getting Grade, well, the overlevel penalty on Grade hardly counters the bonuses you get for Full MP and a quick finish. So set everyone to Do Not Use for techs/magic, rest/heal yourself, and head back to the area between Iselia and Triet. If you want to get REALLY fast Grade at the expense of some Gald, buy Dark Bottles and 20 of each item for any HP-healing recipe of your choice, as you get a Grade bonus for each character of the 4 in the battle that ends with full HP. You should be getting around 1.2-1.5 Grade per battle, or 2.7-3.0 if you're on a subsequent playthrough with the Grade upgrade.

Awesome explanation Poochy =P. Another useless thing to get (in my opinion) is the 30 item thing. I have never once used all 20 items in one battle, I find spending grade on 30 items is pointless. A good thing to choose is extra grade earned per battle, for obvious reasons. Oh, and when you get to a higher level on your second playthrough, turn Mania mode on and go to the lower level places. You can get a lot of grade that way, since Mania mode allows you to get more Grade per battle (Don't quote me on this, I'm comparing it to how the other Tales games are >.>... Of course, in one of those games I can get up to 60 grade from one boss battle in normal <.<).

By the way, I also found Living Armor to be easier than [spoil:72895e5a89]Abyssion[/spoil:72895e5a89].

I know its pretty much useless and stupid to get everything, But i am bored so i decided to try, i know it will probably take a while but still its the summer and i have the time

I play the game and had some trouble defeating the guardians guarding the seal. I had to try 5 times to beat the guardian guarding the water seal. I guess I have to train more I am currently on LV. 15 - 16.
