Transmission rumors {MAY HAVE TEH SPOILIERZZ!}

I was reading some old previews about Transmission, and they spoke about the Japan version having some animated cutscenes that were NOT in the english one. IS this a true fact, that the Japanese version had some material that was not shown in our game? Please let me know, thanks.

The opening from the first season of the anime, or at least parts of it. I'm pretty sure there was no new animation anyway.

Yeah, I got the Japanese version... for some reason, I felt it was neccessary to import the game. My Freeloader screws up all of the text, so even if I could read Japanese, it wouldn't exist anymore... but I guess that's the balance, since the English version is really botched... I'm still always tempted to buy a used English copy when I go to GameStop... but then I remind myself that the game sucks.

Anyway, all the Japanese version had, in terms of cut-scenes, was the Kazewo Tsukinukete intro (from the first season of the original EXE series), just without any text. That's it. There was also some voice samples the English version nixed (such as Netto saying "Plug-in! Rockman EXE! Transmission!" when you enter a stage)... since they didn't bother translating the voices, but had to hide any evidence of the Japanese terms and names.

But, really... that's about it...

Hide some evidence, you mean. You can still hear them using the Japanese names at various points anyway.

Hmm... figures as much. But now I suddenly want to pick up an English copy, just to check and see HOW botched it is... but I'll change my mind when I start walking to the check-out with it in my hands, thinking about everything else I could do with 15 dollars.

...lol...they didn't translate the japanese spoken parts...or else Guts de Gutsu would have been...well...Guts de Gutsu...lol.
