I'm hoping for Tomohawk & Knight Soul. Aren't Chaos Unisons a possibility for future episodes?

I would say it'll be Medi Soul and Tomahawk Soul. But I'm not quite sure whether Napalm Soul came out yet?

Nope, the only soul that showed up so far (out of the new ones) is Gyro soul. Everything else hasn't shown up yet.

I agree with the concensus that Medi and Tomahawk Souls will be the next to arise, simply because not only are they new Souls, but they're also new Navis. Gyroman's a new Navi, and he was the first new Unison, so it's rather likely. But I also agree on the fact that Colonel Soul will be delayed. Especially since his apperances so far are sudden, and brief. Although we all know he's playing a major role, he's doing it in a very minor way...
