I've already watched a fair bit of TTA actually, I pretty much have the same opinion on it as I do the movie.
Anyhow, since I have confirmation on the DBZ thing being a parody (I sort of suspected it already, but wasn't sure Razz) that raises my opinion of it a tiny bit.

Yeah, I don't really consider what I do a 'rip-off' of anything. If a scenario, a character, or anything such as that is extremely similiar to something that already exists, I'm not saying "NO, I MADE THIS UP! NOT <insert popular company or creator here> SHUT UP!". I'm quite aware of it, and thus I consider it a parody. For instance, Zetto's entire existence is a Dragonball Z joke, since it's one of my favorite animes, and I gave him the Vegeta style voice (The sound clips in the movie are extremely old, I've gotten much better by now), and Kirbopher is obviously INTENDED to be a Kirby. As for the characters, the main characters I can understand being generic, but when you stop and think about it, almost ANY group of main characters end up being like that, but in the show, and the movie, I try to employ some sort of cliche or theme to the secondary characters, and even moreso on the villains. Sort of like the Robot Masters/NAVIs except maybe not always as extremely specific. The battles however, I'm aware that to many who HAVEN'T played the MMBN games the battle grid fights would be very boring, so I try as often as possible to go past the rules of the GBA games, and since, as I said, this movie would be shown to several who've never seen the series either, I wanted to have a lot of non-battle grid fight scenes, in an attempt to keep them more interested.

Not any and all, I think just because other stories, or series have a group of generic characters you couldn't try and pull characters that are different, that offer something different. There's elements here and there you can throw in your characters to make them more unique among what's been done in other series in the past. Mix up elements from personalities people wouldn't expect the characters to have from a first impression.

Just because about 'everything has been done already' doesn't mean you can't add up some spice to those personalities, nobody expects a mega original set of characters that won't fit into one stereotype, but it's always a good idea to try and throw in something unexpected. Otherwise it defeats the point of even presenting a work to people if you're not willing to accept there's things you can always improve in terms of plot.

That is true, many main groups of characters fall in to cliches and can end up as a "generic group" as a result.
However, a character can still be good despite that by having a good design, being written well and portraying that personality cliche well. Many of my favorite anime and game characters fall in to common cliches, but I still like them despite that because of the things I just mentioned above.

I don't like the designs in TTA much (Not that I think they all suck, there's a few of them I like) because they seem really bland compared to a lot of the other characters that have the same types of roles that they do and I don't find much appealing about their designs or how the personality is presented.

As for the battles, it didn't have anything to do with them being MMBN style battles or mostly battle grids or anything. While it's nice to have a change of setting for the battles, that still doesn't change that all of them are pretty much the same thing except with different characters and projectiles.

What would help things there is to have some strategy in the battles and look how many ways the different abilities can be used. Dialogue can also help in battles if you moderate it enough so it doesn't get in the way of the fight and can be used to further character development and stuff.

I've indeed tried to incorperate different things into the personalities of the main characters as much as possible, since that's where things like that are the most important, but finding them interesting really can depend on the viewer's opinion. While maybe you guys might not find them extremely appealing, and I find nothing wrong with that, many people do, but I've tried to do as many different things as possible. I don't always have a large amount of room for character develoupment, usually it ends up being there whenever that character first appears, or around the beggining, but there are some things that happen that can affect that, including some things that will eventually be in the show.

Wow...youdidityoudidityoudidityoudiditYOU DID IT!!!
Whoa,I liked the movie quite a lot,but the final battle part,I'm having difficulties listening to Repliforce's version of the Axess opening song, you've made the battle sound effects a bit too loud...so It turned out that I can only listen it clearly ONLY when Kirb is talking.
So can you fix that a bit,and it's a great movie!

It appears you didn't read the whole topic, onoze :O

That's because it WASN'T the song, there were some diffuculties with stuff and the date of when they could record the song was pushed back to the middle of June. I told them I'd add it into the movie after I finished.

I almost finished the first part, but a blackout prevented me to.

One thing though, is it possible that you can make it, well, in a Video File? I hate watching the whole thing over and over again just for some parts that I want to watch over. I know it may not be possible, but, I really want it to be in a video file.

Side note: From what I've seen so far, this rocks.

EDIT: Just finished the movie. It was, in my opinion, completely awesome. You've got a pretty good future in flash making, in my opinion. I know I can never do that, as because of my bad patience and the lack of knowledge. After reading VS's and Plantman's comments, however, I agree with them. Zetto, was, seriously too much unoriginal. (Vegeta.) And, that cloaked guy, copies of Forte. You could've make them more original, like instead of cloaked, masked or some other parts covered (sunglasses.)

I got more comments, but my mom is now nagging me to get off.

AGAIN, Zetto is MEANT to be a DBZ parody. And as for Giga, his original design was more of a body suitish thing, but I decided to give him the Bass cloak because I really liked his EXE character.

Also, I'm afraid I don't know how to make it into a video file, but even if I did I still HAD to split it up into parts due to size issues.

I just finished it. Really nice. I don't know why, but Masterchef reminds me a lot of a Rave Master person. Probably because of how his sprites look. And Alpha sorta reminds me of Inuyasha.

Masterchef's VERY nicely detailed sprites (by Jack the Tiger) were edits of Musica of Rave Masters. And the entire demon transformation for Alpha was heavly Inuyasha inspired.

Speaking of sprites......Flux's sprite base look familiar. Looks like someone from EXE. O_o

Then again, maybe not. :/

Is Laserman the base sprite for Flux? And is Merchants' Final Form entirely custom spriting?

ALL of Merchant's sprites, both his normal form, and his transformation are all 100% custom. Flux's base was Plantman.EXE

The TTA series is great and the movie is awsome I just loved how the battles were done in the movie. It was nice to see battles with out the battle grid not there is anything wrong with the battle grid battles. I was waiting for a lot more information on Giga but I guess all that will be in the series.

Anyway nice work on the movie and can not wait for some new episodes.
