What about a sub-forum to discuss music, be it from anime, general J-pop, rock and roll, classical, anything?
I mean, music should have it's own sub-forum instead of it being locked down to and generalized by 'General Chit-Chat'.

We want to try and not to make a load of sections in this forum. I think general section works just fine for that purpose. More sections do nto necesarily make a forum better, especially a forum whose purpose is towards Rockman EXE, the general and anime/manga sections are merely a bonus.

Indeed. This forum is mainly for -Rockman- for a -Rockman- site.
Usually, music discussion is about the game and/or anime music from Rockman. Even then, I have not spied a large demand for such a forum.
If you want deep discussion on music, go to a -music- forum 
Like Planty said, all the other sections are just a bonus.
