Megaman Axess Discussion *spoilers*

Yeah, ShoPro is having major difficulties with the Cannon chips. They keep alternating between Hi-Cannon and Mega-Cannon with Hi-Blast and Mega-Blast, and now they're getting the versions mixed up. I found it amusing when Lan did the Program Advance with "Laser Blast, Hi-Cannon, Mega-Cannon." If those two can say Cannon, why can't the original Cannon?

And, yeah, GravityMan's first cut wasn't censored at all. I never quite understood why they censor navi battle wounds like they do... they add those digital blur censor effect things like there's nudity in the wounds or something. It just makes it look really stupid.

Yes the kept Enzan crying and there wa nothing edited when R Rockmn used the long sword on Gravityman except for the sword being blured.

Pft, I'm DONE getting pissed about the Cannon series. I know what they all are just by color, and everyone else does, and if Shopro wants to be dumb with screwing with the names, so it doesn't matter to me.

Anyway, this episode INSTANTLY became a favorite of mine. No crappy english dialogue, all of the values kept, great fight scenes with plenty of actual INTERACTION with the humans, which is always good, and the first appearance of the ever so popular with the ladies, Daaaaaaark Protoman, with his crazy hair. I think one thing that WAS edited however, which was Lan punching Chaud in the face, but the mark on his cheek when he was knocked down kind of made it obvious. I'm not crying. Plus, I believe Mr. Famous (who Lan actually called just "Famous" today like he always askes ) and Manuela make good use of the BCG in the future. And I agree with PAC, those changes weren't bad, especially not for me since this ALSO was my first time seeing this episode. Next weekend, JUNK YOU UP.

Todays episodes (Enzan Vs Blues) was pretty good and the only sence i notice that they took out was the part when Lan hits Chaud but other then that its was pertty true to its original version.

Yeah, I'm sure that Dark ProtoMan is going to be popular with the ladies. I do like the long hair, though. I especially love the way ProtoMan's hair sways in the wind.

I believe that the script used in the dub was more accurate than what I had derived when I wrote that summary ages ago. I was still pretty new to writing them at that point - which means I probably made errors. What they said in the dub makes a lot of sense, and I'm glad to have it clarified now. I went back and re-watched those scenes in the original, and they do match up. Yay for slow learning of Japanese. :P

Man, you have to miss the original theme for Dark Blues though in the original. Nothing can top that awesome music.

Yea if you think the Midi was good you should see the MP3 of it. I jut love listing to it so much tht I just pick certian eps like axess 47 for example and just enjoy listing to it since its probably the long version of it. IMO Colnols theme cant beat Dark Blues theme XP

I think that later on in the series they could bring back the Dark Blues Theme (lets hope) which would help in episode 34 because the first thing you hear (after the intro) is Dark Blues Theme.

ACTUALLY, speaking of the Dark Blues theme, I noticed that in the english version, when Protoman appears on the scene, they added a nice touch of some pretty cool FF-ish music (if it's okay for me to call it that) with the chorus chanting in the background. Obviously it doens't replace the original, but I thought it was actually a pretty cool track o.o

And yes, I specifically remember Ryouko saying that "and just recently in the credits, the seiyuu for Blues has now officially been changed to "Dark Blues" a LONG time ago, and that was the only official announcement of his 'name change' if you wanna call it that. But hey, at least you CAn speak Japanese XP

Terrific episode...

Edits were minor, dialogue was great, chip names were screwed up, it was about as good as it could get.

It's too bad that the fight was cut out, but that was expected.

(Side Note: The captions have been ahead of the dialogue with the name Dark Blues for two episodes now...)

This was a very nice episode.

I knew that they would edit the Lan fighting Chaud scene..uh, didn't Lan fight him because Chaud was saying that navis are just tools and stuff? Instead, Chaud was being a jerk again and saying how Protoman is better than Megaman and stuff like that.

I mean, who beat Gospel? Who destroyed the life virus? Who saved the world in the games 5 times???? Megaman! Not Protoman...

I'm sure that Chaud wasn't being his true, yet understanding self before the fight scene. btw, Megaman 7, I knew that the fighting scene would be edited just like you did.

I liked todays episode, but there skip Love Love Aquaman, that was a great episode and why would they skip it ? I don't see anything wrong with it.
