Has anyone ever played any Mortal Kombat games or watched the moives? What do you think what are your fav characters/games/finish moves etc?
My fav mk game is UMK3 or MK T i loved the sprites and the wide varities of finish moves...unlike 4 where every character had 2 finish moves.I haven't played DA or Depection yet but i want to. MY Fav character is Sub-Zero _________________ Xbox Live Gamertag username:

UMK3 was the best MK to date.
The new MK games suck. The 3-D used since 4 has sucked all of the MKness out of the games.
Also. MK Annihilation was a huge dissapointment from the great movie MK was. I was almost crying from how bad that movie was. |

I have both movies (they say it they may make a better 2nd one even though it's the third) And have played many of the games. It is one of the best games ever if only for what it did to some people (certan people in congress and parents groups). |

I used to enjoy the game a lot, when I was younger. Any of the games on SNES were favorites of mine. I always enjoyed the ninjas (Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Ermac, Noob Saibot, Smoke, Reptile, and Rain), as well as the cyberninjas (Cyrax, Sektor, and Smoke). I've never played any MK game past UMK3, except for playing MK4 like.. once at an arcade. I enjoyed the first MK movie, but I can't say I favored the second. |

Whenever I feel the need for blood and brutality, I turn to those games. My favorite characters are Scorpion and Cyrax. I used to know all the finishing moves of those two characters...
I've seen the two movies. I'm not really impressed with the second... _________________ My deviantART... |

I liked Mortal Kombat 2 because of the originality of the sequel, and the fatalities were down-to-earth. I have played up to Mortal Kombat Gold, and I've gotta say that the series was going stale ever since Mortal Kombat 3 (because of the combo system and stuff like that). The newest ones however were major turn-offs for me, and John Turk (dude doing the Ninjas and Shang Tsung from MK3-MKT) said things best, "What was so great about Mortal Kombat was that they used real human images and not this computer generated crap that game formats are now using as well as the movie industry. A game is a game and part of the fun is to have a little imagination like some of the fatalities in MK, but for the most part it's has realism, but all the games now have no reality to them at all. I don't care what anyone say's, I'll take a good "Rambo" or "Chuck Norris" movie ANY DAY over the "Matrix" !! "(link: http://www.totalmortalkombat.com/cast/interviews/index.php?action=interview&interview_id=9.)
Movie-wise: I'd say the first because Paul Anderson was able to become original while staying true to the games' storyline to some extent. Mortal Kombat Annihilation, however, he just dropped the ball period. _________________ KOTOR 2 is the Enter The Matrix of all Star Wars Games. That is: Rushed badly, heavily glitched. Blame it on LucasArts |

You know what they should do?
FINISH HIM! Duh nuh dum!
Oh wait, I mean FINISH IT! since it's a game series, not a person. _________________ War may not be the right answer, but when you're in one, ending it effectively and with positive results is a must. Vote John McCain for U.S. President.
