hmm, I don't want to make it seemed like I want to get flammed or anything but anyone notice the decrease of paint quality in the new figures? When I first saw the first series, they were actually pretty much really food asides with the occassionally error. With the CF Megaman, CF Protoman they were okay, I liked the torchman.exe(fireman -___-) but when I saw Searchman, i kind of got disappointed, the skin tone seem to be a little too saturated. As for the new soul unisons, they look really cool (gutsoul, searchsoul ^_^, protosoul) but some of them really have horrible paint jobs, somewhat sloppy.

As for Jazwares figures, (not trying to get flamed) but I found them really horrible -> the proportion is okay, I liked the Megaman X series one but the original megamans look quite ugly close up. The new retro series actually looks a lot better but I don't think I will be picking up. Though haha, Though, I know in the end, I might end up getting it anyways-> I think Megaman Zero looks bad =P, it just seems as if he is too stiff/skinny looking. I was looking for something closer to the official artwork in that sense.

I notice it as well. The first line of Megaman NT Warrior figures have a superior paint job compared to the soul union figures.

I'm looking the my Soul Guts figure and the paint job on the face and helmet is very sloppy, the blue and yellow paint has mixed together to form a greenish colour.

I agree with you with the Jazwares figures -- most of them are not pleasing to the eye. I suggest Jazware improve on the design of the figures.

Though in the end I may get Zero Version 2 because such of figure isn't even released in Japan!

I e-mail Jazwares every so often and try to make suggestions. They at least took my suggestion on fixing Cut Man's eyes. So far the only Jazwares figure I really liked was Quick Man. I think they did a decent job on Rock Man Zero, but the swords seem a bit lacking.

Yeah I noticed a decline on good paint jobs for EXE toys. I had to repaint various parts of my Wind Man figure. Also has anyone else had the paint on their figure to peel? It happened to me a few times, and it sucks.

Hopefully they'll do a better job with wave III.

Heh on Saturday I got an extra Search Man for a friend.

I don't trust Jazwares much, when I had a set of the first series that I got, it look nice from pics/far way -> when I looked up close -> the heads were too big -> even Megaman X if u wanted to argue that the Megaman series were more chubby looking.

As well, another reason why I don't even trust them is look at their street fighter toys, the first series head sculps were all done by another company -> so they only did the body -> as for the newer series 2 -> it looks again the head sculps were done by the same company again.

yeaa, hopefully Mattel improves the qualityy.

I really dislike the Jazware figures too. When I first got some... MegaMan, ProtoMan, and Bass from the veeery first line... they looked hideous, the paint job was bad, and their limbs were either too loose or too stiff. That and they broke off really easily. They seem to have improved now... when I later purchased the newer X, Zero, and Axl ones... but there was still some problems, mainly in my Axl one. For one, I had to tape his hair on his head... that and Jazware packaged him with two left hands (this actually happened with my Mattel Junk Soul, too... I got two left feet). Plus, Zero's leg keeps falling off...

Hey does anybody know if the which version of CrossFusion MegaMan is better?

The plastic one is cheap but the big one talks... Anyone have an opinion? :/ :]

big one has better detail, but slightly lesser articulation. Also he'll say something several minutes you press the button, which is really creepy.

I got a Jazwares X with two right hands once.... I returned it for some minicons. So far my only favorite Jazwares figure is Quick Man.

Well, I personally like all of them. They are very hard to make into toys design wise. Even the Japanese models were are le sucky in certain aspects for me. But to each their own. At least they're bothering making Robot Masters, the non-X fans definitively thank for that. /o/

Not sure about the big one, but the 5 inch one looks deformed.

Having both the 5 inch and talking CF figure, I can say that the talking one is the better buy if you are only going to buy one. It has better articulation, better detail, light-up accessories, sound effects, and voice. The 5 inch figure just has painted on lines and looks kinda rushed. If you can get both, then get both, but if you could only get one then I would get the talking one. Even if the "power off" aka "the last phrase after leaving it alone for so long" is kinda weird. Laughing

The new Jazwares line looks neat to me. I just hope it meets or exceeds my expectations. Smile Escpecially RMZ. The first wave kinda blew, but the second was way better. Too bad they didn't remake Protoman in that second wave. Wonder why...

The only Jazzwares figures I own are Axl and Quickman. Of the two, I like Axl better. His guns are nicely painted and the articulation isn't horrible

I finally got a Searchman.EXE figure. Well, my friend got it for me. ^_^ He found it at Target. He said it was the only one there so he got it for me. Nice guy. It looks really cool too. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it has no articulation in the knees. But it looks a lot better than it's soul counterpart. Heh. At least figure wise.

I agree the lack of knee articulation sucks. I wish I could put him in cool kneely shooting poses.
