Whatever happened to the Timing and perfect sync you need with your navi to do program advances, like, we can all remember all the intense training that Netto had to do before he could accutally pull one off, now its just "Hi-Cannon Triple slot-in!!" and he does it.
Through out the series, they forget the rules they made up for certain things.
What do you think??? _________________

For the same reason everyone and their goldfish can Cross Fuse now.
No, but seriously, there was an interesting theory I've heard about this once before... I think it actually referenced a bigger, more vast psychology thing. But anyway, it was something along the lines of how once something, that was previously believed to be impossible, is achieved... it becomes more generalized because people are more willing to attempt the possible.
So, when Netto and Enzan achieved the Program Advance, which at that time was a "legend," it pretty much became more wide-spread throughout the world. And heck... who's to say Netto and Enzan were the first in the world? News doesn't seem to travel that fast around the world of EXE, since Netto still hasn't achieved celebrity status (regardless that he's saved both the real and cyber worlds... how many times?).
My guess is that the Program Advance, at the time, was slowly becoming more known and possible by net battlers. It began as an advanced technique, but it soon started to become more "user-friendly" when other net battlers began to understand it more. But I do have to admit that, yeah, I agree that they completely ditched the rules to PAs a little too quickly. By the end of the series, Chisao could do a perfect one with Gutsman... who was not only unwilling in the first place, but also not even Chisao's navi!
I guess this is just me... trying to make logic of things that the writers never intended to be logical. _________________

yes, Crimson, you always try to get deep on things lolz. But yeah, he's right, if you're thinking in those terms. For me, I always say, THE WRITERS ARE LAZY. They dont use any other program advances besides the triple slot-in's. *sigh* Those people anoy me.

Not true. They up and made up an Elemental Sword P.A. involving the basic three elemental Swords and a Bamboo sword, which (the P.A. that is) to my knowledge has never existed in any EXE games. >_>;;

If they had to carry on with the thread of missed timing, they would have to cut the CF sequence shorter :p Or the villains wouldn't have three scenes of exactly the same pose and laughter, but only two remaining. Nah, can't do that to the villains.
It's obsolete now (just like being late for school it seems, by the way and off topic). Besides, Netto's a superhuman. He can do just anything, even bear the state of Cross Fusion easily which tired him soooo much the very first time. Isn't he amazing ;) |

I think it was because it got easier as they went on. Like how lan doesn't get tired when he crossfuses. |

Meta, this was explained in the anime. It appears that as you do crossfusion more you get used to it and the effect goes away. Netto must have been a quick adapter. As for the whole P.A. thing. I think Crimson Seiko cleared it all up pretty well. _________________

I always believed it was because of the advancements made in PET production that Program Advances became easier to use. _________________

...damn, I suck <_<
Aaaanyways. >_> It's the anime gimmick to make all accomplishments which seemed so goddamned difficult in the first episodes into basic attacks which are the building blocks of newer accomplishments, later on in the show. All I can say /o/

I do remember in the dub of the 2nd episode of Axess, Dr. Hikari said he modified the Syncro chip so it wouldn't tire Lan out. He must have done the same to all the Syncro chips. |

Problem is, that was dub only. I don't remember Dr. Hikari ever saying that he modified the Synchro chips. He said that Netto gets stronger each time to the Cross-Fusion and eventually can stand it. As for Enzan, there's no telling how long he had known Cross-Fusion before this. I also believ that all [spoil:079e728437]the new Cross-Rangers have different Synchro chips.[/spoil:079e728437] That's as far as I can gather. _________________

The Cross Fusion thing is simple, the more Netto does it, the less it wears him out. Sort of like working out to get in shape, as you get in shape what was difficult at the start becomes easier.
As for the P.A. thing, well pratice makes perfect. Once Netto learned how, it simply became easier as time went on as he did it so often. At some point it becomes no more difficult for him and Rockman than slotting in a normal chip, and the same goes for Enzan, Laika, and Dekao who we didn't see them in the process of learning. Chisao is a bit of a joker in the deck, my only guess is that in is fanatical trainning he got to the point where he could sync with a Navi even if the Navi had no idea what was going on. Anyone else use P.A.'s in the series? I can't recall offhand. |

At first, not a lot of people know there are such thing as Program Advances, so, of course, without proper teaching (even though Higure-san knows, did he teach Netto? All he says is just 'you need to be paying attention' and stuff, no real technique.), of course it's hard to pull it off perfectly at the beginnig. And also, my guess is, PAs that are made of different types of chips are harder to use? Like BetaSword is compose of Sword, WideSword, LongSword, GigaCannon is just HiCannonx3. Probably that's also why Netto uses GigaCannon more than ZetaCannon. As for Cross Fusions....yep, after tons of use, they got used to it. And probably like PA, it got popular too? (god, in just about epy 50 so, even Chisao got to do PA before his brother. God, if they actually want 'everyone to cross fuse', maybe Chisao will do it sooner than his big brother. XD.) _________________

Ah, my fault, forgetting about that little detail, Flame Buster ^^; Thanks for refreshing my memory.
