Well I found this one site that got ahold of the Dub verson of episode 27. (No it hasn't aired on cartoonnetwork yet) I'm guessing they got it from the speical DVD that comes with the 2nd FMA game.
Anyhoo it's only up for about a week so watch it now
you can stream it here
