Did you notice at the end of Stream 42 when R-Dark Rockman was talking to [spoil:a4dafb331d]Dr.Regal [/spoil:a4dafb331d]that there was no D-area around the buliding of the old Neo WWW? how is Dark Rockman submaterialing in the real world without one? just a though

He could've used a dimensional chip or something like that.

I haven't been keeping up with stream, so I don't know if dimensional chips have become obselete or something

They never put much detail into dimensional chips, but they've only ever been used on Asteroid navis, so I'd assume they're only compatible with them. How could Dark Rockman use one anyway? He has no operator, thus no PET to insert it into. But, anyway, look at the colors of the room when Regal materializes. They're the D-Area colors. I wouldn't be surprised if Dark Rockman has set up for that room, or the entire building even, to be set up within a D-Area.

Dark Rockman can appear in the real world just like how rush can appear in the real world with out a D-area

I think they left simply forgot and it's an animation error. All the other times, you see Dimensional Convertors inside the room.

That would seem to be the case, those lazy animators, other scenes definately show DA converters and there are DA colors so they just forgot to put them in that time. -.-

Before Dark Rockman, that spherical structure atop the building the NeoWWW based themselves in was all bright and shiny. Now, it's dark and shadowy. Tesla's office used to be bright and all the colors were normal. Now it looks like a mushroom trip gone bad. Plus, on top of all that, Dark Rockman acquired those blue dimensional converters and learned Regal's trick of sending them in out of nowhere.

There's no doubt he's substantiating himself via Dimensional Area. The converters don't need to be sitting in the middle of the office, where they're vulnerable should anyone lead an assault into there. And what if Dark Rockman has finer tastes and would mind having DCs sticking out helter-skelter, as any proper villain?
