Hatman is more alike to the Robot Master Magicman, yes. But he isn't his counterpart officialy. Magicman is the EXE counterpart of the robot master Magicman by official stance, period.

So many people kept saying thunderman was really the EXE counterpart of Cloudman, and capcom has kindly proven us wrong with EXE 5.

Even if many people think, and with reason, that Beastman is the EXE counterpart of Slashman, capcom can very well any day spawn a different character called Slashman.EXE and screw our theories over. It's not the first time they'd do that.

Magicman.EXE, Maha's net navi is on official words the EXE counterpart of the robot master Magicman. Hatman just looks more similar to him, but that's about it, in the exe world we've seen that 'alike' and 'borderline completely different' mean nothing in the EXE designs. Searchman is a pretty bishounen of flashy orange hair, but the Robot Master was fugleh and had two heads. Sooo... yeah.

Magicman, the 'sorcerer' was the counterpart they choosed for Magicman the robot master. Period, is not our saying nor our choice, was capcom's and that's about it.

Starman already did in 4.5 so why cant hatman be in exe 6 or maybe 7

the old Magicman was a magician type robot..in other words, Hatman and the old Magicman have the same profesion, theyre both Magician performers! But dont get me wrong..I get your point! :] Heck there may be a CardMan and I just Remembered the Old Magicman's main weapon were Cards!

I personally think Magicman in the EXE series was a typo, and that he shouldve been called Wizardman. maybe they noticed this and Made a Magician Navi after the original Magicman (for the original Magicman fans!)..but since the name was taken they called him Hatman and made him more into well, hat tricks. I think that was a pretty Good move on their part! now we have both types of Magicman's.

As I said, he was probably made more after the RM Magicman's desing. But that's about it, he is NOT the equivalent of Magicman, even if they both look more alike. It's not a typo, they decided to call the navi Magicman that much before they ever came up with the idea of Hatman. Drop-it-already.

I do understand they both resemble a circus magician the most, but that doesn't mean Hatman is the one and only truelly EXE equivalent of the RM Magicman. They simply look more alike, but that's about it. Just drop it already. He's not Magicman's EXE counterpart, and that's it. And don't give me the rolly-eyes boy.

I wasnt saying that Hatman its THE Magicman, no! Its Hatman a new guy, I know what you mean.

But do you really get my point? (My point is that I think they felt like including a Magician Navi into the fray, Were they thinking of the original Magicman? Who knows~! but I bet they did! :]

So perhaps is not THE Magicman, But Hatman trully has the Old Magicman's spirit!

Nobody ever denied that, so I don't see why you keep bringing the 'do you see my point?'. It's damn obvious they literally carbon copied Magicman for this obscure game probably for lack of time to do some 'original thinking' XP

I still don't know what Jammingman looks like. He looks like a blue dog with orange spots and atennae some say. What were his atatcks, sonic based I'd assume. Any screens of Jammingman exist?

Jammingman looks like a recolor of that virus mega fought just before entering the WWW server in EXE1 (With the Iron Shield Chip?), and the legs and shield were changed, but then again, it's just me.. >>
He's also got those things that i-forgoot-which-zapper-navi used to lower your running room, though why they're next to eachother is beyond me...

Well, Hatman's design is cool (it should be used for the show sometime, along with Ring and Turboman, at least IMO :]);
as for Jammingman, he (it?) looks more like a dog/beast navi type to me, but since the pic is
small and there's not really an official artwork around, it's hard to tell it's details...:/
Going off-topic, Phantom of the network is good and all, but does anyone know who/what's the final boss on that one? Confused
