Does anyone know how to get Delta Ray Edge in MegaMan Battle Network 3 Blue? I also need specifics, you know, what NetBattle, how long, what rank, the works.

Step #1: This belongs to the Games forum. Please put your questions on their pertaining forums.
Step #2: get three stars in your game.
Step #3: Get the most unskilled friend you can get.
Step #4: S-Rank him in a Netbattle. There's a chance you can get a Delta Ray Edge giga chip.
Moving to games, anyway. =P

It is likely the equivalent of White's Balance Y. Therefore, one has to netbattle for real in order to get the chip. It also helps if one wins a streak, like 10 in a row, then the losing perosn wins in a sudden burst--S rank and small time.
