| Why is it that Japanese PSPs can play English games, but not music or movies? And how come we can play Japanese games, but not movies or music? |

| Region protected? How come the games aren't region protected? And does anyone know if the Japanese UMDs come with subtitles? |

Why would Japanese UMDs come with subtitles if they're made for Japanese people -_-?. Why are the games not? Who knows. DVDs are regionally locked, so I would guess that's the reason why the UMD movies are, too.

My Naruto DVDs came with subtitles in English and Chinese. That was made for the Japanese. |

Because most likey your DVD's where made for all regions, like my copies are I got from over seas
