Yeah. They're not stickers, but instead, probably little tiny screens that displays a different picture depending on what data is within it. This goes for the PET symbol as well, which represents the navi within the PET.

I learn more EXE crap than my brain can take because CrossFusionStarman is randomly telling me about random things from any random game. -_-;

Now, some questions I thought of:
