Kingdom Hearts II [UPDATED] *Spoilers*

With Square Enix's big party that just ended for Kingdom Hearts 2, I figured that all KH fans here should sit down and talk about it Smile

. I love hear peoples ideas about the game since the plot seems so darn confusing so far. @_@; But, best yet, we get a Pirates of the Caribbean World Smile

The Square-Enix party was a weekend party that more or less showcased all the new games, revealed more info about them and set release dates. Final Fantasy 12 got a release date of 3/16/06 for Japan; a simultaneous release for KHII, like Chain of Memories, is likely. Currently it's set this winter.

I'm getting psyched for this game, personally. I can't wait to see pics of the Steamboat Willie world. The background is in black and white like the movie, so they say.

A Lilo and Stitch world and a Snow White world hasn't been confirmed yet, but I think it's still a possiblity.

Steamboat Willie hasn't really been confirmed as a world...it's just theorized it may be a potential world since Mickey is around more in this game and Pete is in the game.

Well, the Mulan, Hercules and Nightmare before Christmas levels have lon since been confirmed. There's also going to be a Pirates oft he Carribean Level, and several nw Unknowns wtih new elements.

As I understand it, all of the old worlds are coming back, with the (possible) exception of Deep Jungle, because I heard there were legal issues or something. Deep Jungle didn't appear in Chain of Memories, either, did it? (Hasn't played it)

And I do believe Steamboat Willie was confirmed, according to summaries of the trailer that was shown at the party.

Random question: What's everybody's favorite XIII Organization member? I still have to learn who is who, with the exception of the new ones that were revealed, and Axel and Larxene. Laughing

No, Deep Jungle wasn't in CoM.

Great..... I have a feeling there's gonna be more Princess rescuing... :grr: Oh well, hopefully Mulan won't need to be rescued. And why can't they have Chrono Trigger characters in this?? It's about the only "what used to ba called Squaresoft" game I actually like.

Aw, what was wrong with the Hundred Acre Wood? I found some of the mini-games actually fun. :p

The 'x' in the XIII Order's names represents heresy, i.e. all of those who joined were cast out from their homes for their blasphemic opinions and thinking. Though what it actually is that caused them to join is unknown.

Their names may not be their real names, too.

Who else wants to fight the Order members [spoil:ebb21a0383]that died in Chain of Memories[/spoil:ebb21a0383] in the Colosseum? It's a good way to put their 3D models to use.

As for the Hundred Acre Wood, I never did figure out how that went so I'm pretty neutral on that front. I just hope we see some of the movies that Disney is dubbing (and actually doing a good job on) like Spirited Away.
