Actually, it's correct. If you look at the Manga Scans of Forte's Backstory, it shows his symbol as an f.

Huh, I just read Bass' backstory two days ago and didn't notice the f.
I always thought his symbol was originally all black.
On a side note, it's weird seeing Bass go '' I'm sorry guys.'' His expression was so, un-Basslike.

Here's my theory on the scar:
Maybe it will be explained later in the games. As Megaman learns more about Bass, he eventually befriends him, and it leads to *dun duh duh dun* A SOUL UNISON! Maybe something else but still, it'd be cool.
It would probably happen after Bass [possibly] rejects the dark power he has turned come to use. |
