Ripped sprites requests should be allowed

Not just custom, because their are no other places for ripped sprites

I think that you are allowed to post sprites sheets if Sprites Inc. doesn't have them. I may be wrong though.

Yes... there are.

Once PMM gets back up and running, Sprites Inc. will be back, and they've got pretty much anything Rockman you'd ever need. Otherwise, www.google.com is your friend.

There are to be no requests for official sprites, that is the same as requesting official artwork. That is why that rule is there and why it is allowed by Ryouko to exist. If you look at the Rules section for the Spriters Lab you will see a listing on the bottom that has places where you can find sites that have sprites, included amidst them is Sprites INC, which will be back as Plagued One has stated.

Individuals are allowed to post sprite sheets on the forum in Spriters Lab, but you are not allowed to make a request for one to be posted.
