Yes, but that doesn't make the idea that only Chaud can use it since he could Cross Fuse any less dumb. In fact, it just pushes that excuse further into the realm of stupidity. _________________

Yes, they did skip the commander beef episode (probably to save time and avoid cross-dressin' Gauss). ^^;;
The episode was pretty good. I finally got to see Gravity man, and they did a good job with his voice in my opinion. Misaki, Prisman, and Dark Protoman all sounded pretty good too. The only odd parts of the episode were (like others mentioned) the cross fusion/ battle chip gate bit. I believe in the orginal, Mejin just didn't have good download timing whereas Enzan did. Also I don't recall there orginally being a five chip limit when gearing up for CF. I could of missed that part due to my poor understanding of Japanese though. _________________ .+.~illusion~.+. |

The dub has shown cross-dressed Gauss in the past. I doubt that's the reason. If anything, I believe Gauss held Mariko at gunpoint in this episode... so that might have been it... but I can't remember exactly. (They'll have trouble later in the series, where Yuriko has herself a handgun.) _________________

I've always wondered how they are gonna handle that scene. The 4-Kids way would be to randomly draw something over the gun, but Sho-Pro seems to take this show a little bit more seriously than 4-Kids. As far as the gun, if they feel really daring they can leave it unedited, as long as the mention very early on, that it isn't loaded(yeah this will ruin the scene, later on, but they have to say it quickly or else parents may get upset and turn if off.) Yuriko and Mariko are both adults so they could do that and it wouldn't look that bad to the soccer moms. |

Oy, give me the days of the Batman cartoons, there were guns in each and every episode and no one threw a fit.
Anyways, I saw yesterday's episode. I thought that PrisMan (the captions spell it 'PrisMan', and they've been right so far, so...) and Misaki's voices were just a hair off, but enjoyable nonetheless.
I found the reasoning behind Famous' failure with the BCG to be slightly stupid. I think it would have worked better if they had explained that the BCG user and the CF'ed person had to be in synch, but how they'd do that in two lines I'll never know.
Dark ProtoMan's voice (the show finally caught up with the captions...) was excellent. Regular voice with a filter of evil, loved it. _________________

Why don't they take the disco-gun route? (Yes, I'm going to hell for this.) |

ACTUALLY, when Gauss cross-dressed back in season 2 of EXE, they only showed the upper section of his costume, they didn't show any of the shots of him with the dress. As for the guns, yeah that might've been why they skipped the Commander Beef episode, thankfully it didn't actually effect the story. As for the later episode when Yuri holds the gun up to Misaki, that was a bit of different position, but hopefully it will be different enough for them to at least change it to a laser. Blackrose and Mysteryu both had laser guns when they fought against the robots in the ppreviously mentioned Gauss episode. |

In a way it does effect the story. How else will they explain Gauss in prison in Stream when its dubbed? He was still a free man in exe.
Unless they pull a "Lost Episodes" again. |

I knew it...then they might do a bunch of skipped episodes (For Kids WB at least) around the same timr they did for NT Warrior last year. I'm at least hoping that they manage to get through AXESS before it gets dropped from the schedule... |

Except for the fact that Wb is apparently going to drop all weekday shows and only show them on saturday morning. All the networks are doing this. Whats up with that, kids aren't worth a little tv time after school anymore? |

I thought they didn't plan on doing that until January? _________________ "Cats are interesting. They're kind of like girls. When they come talk to you, it's great. When you go talk to them, it doesn't go so well." - Miyamoto

Hm, then maybe THAT'S why they're skipping some of the less important episodes. Though they COULD have just as easily kept them on weekdays before they're forced to take them down. I knew about that though, and WB's saturday block will be extended from 7-12. |
