This is just one reason why I'll be getting it instead of any other system. |

Who wants to bet that half of those titles won't be ready for launch time? I know for a fact that a new LoZ will not. Why? It took Nintendo years to pump out OoC, and so far 2 years for tTP. To make a new Zelda in less than a year? That would be something to see, if at all possible.
And this Wi-Fi thing bores me. Sure, not many people have DSL or Cable, but only half of those people have Wi-Fi. Honestly, a smaller HDTV is much cheaper. (Trust me, I've looked into this, don't bother trying to argue.) Nintendo is making stupid decisions and will be forced to play catch-up and fall behind in terms of technology in the generation AFTER the revolution. _________________

Your negativity irritates me. =p

Your acronyms confuse me. Of course the big, awesome, single player Zelda games would take a while to complete. Rushing would bring down the total quality level of the product, and we wouldn't want that now would we? A Four Swords game however, would be able to fit nicely in that time frame.

Nintendo is making a USB adapter for the Nintendo DS to connect to the internet for those without wireless routers. I'm sure they would do something similar with the Revolution. Besides, they already admitted that they wouldn't use technology that were as powerful as the other next-gen consoles (doesn't mean their games won't kick ass though!) so your last sentence was completely unecessary.
Also, we have not seen the final specs, or models yet, so don't make your final decisions yet.
And the Revolution looks more like a cable modem than a PS2. =p _________________ Net navis are like imaginary friends. The only difference is that you don't get weird looks for talking to them. |

I'm back with a few small tidbits of news:
.The Revolution will only use wireless controllers.
.The console will likely launch in mid 2006.
.A new Wi-Fi Animal Crossing sequel is in the works.
.Nintendo will bring a brand-new game franchise to the Revolution.
That's all for now. |

With an exception of the Animal Crossing one, we already knew about all of that news....
Also, there's already a Next-gen topic (which I forgot to mention before). |
