where the hec do we request official sprites ripped from games? not custom but oficial?

This is not a place to make requests for sprite, if you want sprites for a series that are official then you would have to check sites made for that purpose. Like Izumi said, Sprites INC is a good source for official Rockman sprites, if they are up and running again you might want to try there. Other then that, that is what search engines are for.

Do you guys know any other site to get ripped sprites? the fire ball site only has like 1 charachter in each game. -.- Laughing

What she means and obviously fails at giving away is we are NOT going to find sites of ripped sprites for you. You will have to find them on your own. Do not request for any places where to find things in here, as is not allowed, do the extra effort and look for them yourself.
