I posted this on the old forum, so I might as well post it here too^_^ All of these paintings I did were from the Rockman.EXE(english version) manga by Ryo Takamisaki. Also, these were the first three anime characters I have ever drawn and painted. First I sketch the image on water colour paper. After that I would create a water colour wash background with waterdowned acrylic paint. Then I outline the entire picture with black paint. Finally I paint in the figure using acrylic paint, often mixing paints together to get the colour I want.

I already know some of my proportions with Rockman and Forte are off but I hope to improve over time. As well, I plan on taking anime drawing lessons during the summer, so hopefully my abilities will improve.

Hmm, it'd be nice, if you placed a little place between the links, to make them clickable Smile

Still, i like the pieces, nicely done for paintings, just watch the feet next time :3
