About Colonel...(spoilers)

Can anyone explain to me what Barrel's situation is? He knows about Duo, but yet even though he's 20 years in the past, he still knows Netto, He addresses Netto in Ep32 after the Darkloid rocket's destroyed by his name. And I've noticed that Colonel's little gate thing he pops out of looks a lot like the Past Tunnel from the inside. Does that mean Colonel travels through the Past Tunnel to the future to help Netto?

I saw Episode 32. Colonel is a Navi that came from the past to warn everyone about the threat of Duo. Unbelievably, Barrel saw Duo's comet passing by meaning a sign that something will happen in the future. But what freaked me out the most was how could he have gotten a PET 3 if in the future, the PET 3 was already developed. Was it coincidence or was it something else?

Okay... other than that. Colonel is considered to be a very strong Navi. I fought him in BN5: TC on many occasions and he has a high volley of attacks. He's good but predictable.

OK so the colonel in the present is the same as in the past. We saw his NetOP die in the same episode that he first showed up in. The movie might help with some of this.

Yes, definitely. It'll definitely help a lot because that may help shake up more about Colonel's past. Maybe we might see some of Colonel's strength in the movie but his strength is mostly shown in the game.

Actually, you see a lot of Colonel's strength in eppy 8. I mean, he takes a veritable army of ancient virii on his own. Also, the whole Colonel coming from the past thing sounds plausible, but what happened to the Colonel of the present? From my point of view it looks like Colonel might be deleted soon. It could be like Blues where he Soul Unisons right before dying.

Yeah, its gonna be deja vu all over again except with a sacrificial twist. In other words, Colonel Soul will become the most powerful Soul Unison in the series.

I have a very strong feeling that none of the EXE5 soul unisons will show up in this series. In my opinion I think they're just gonna make all those marked with the Crest of Duo Crossfusion, except ofcourse for Barrel, unless Colonel decides to Crossfusion with his corps , but seriously, I'm guessing that the Soul unisons might make an appearance in the next series, like at the beginning,if there will be another series ofcourse. I still like the Crossfusions though, I kinda look at it like if it's the animated series' version of the Soul Unisons. Besides the CFs do still k whoop a whole load of @$$.

if the series will end in episode 51, i don't think that more soul unisons will appear.
and even if they will, they will have less screen time.

Well is Stream really going to end or are they gonna just change the title again. They could just change the title yet keep on going with current plot for awhile since i doubt they will have the exe 6 stuff ready for the start of the next series.

Yeah that's what I figured, they won't even have EXE 6 out yet if the series does end at 51. So if there's going to be another series, they'll have a couple of eps to fit in the EXE5 soul unisons before starting with a plot that contains the EXE6 characters. You never know, maybe Crossfusion will be obsolete after Stream ends.

Stream started well before EXE 5 had been released. What's to stop the next incarnation of the anime from starting well before EXE 6 is released as well?

The fact that they really don't have any bad guys or plot material. The movie already took [spoil:4ce7ed9767]Nebula Grey[/spoil:4ce7ed9767] and [spoil:4ce7ed9767]FCR[/spoil:4ce7ed9767], and Stream is eating up everything else in BN5, So they have virtually nothing to move on, unless they do something in the anime completely unrelated to the games.

Oh yeah, I forgot about them. I can understand Alpha, but Wily's not really evil anymore, or am I wrong? But even with those, they really don't have anything else unless they use stuff from the cellphone EXE game, which will probably not happen. Maybe they'll add Serenade and Zero in as the big bad evil people.

What I want to know is why does[spoil:01263fa39f] Barrel appear in episode 42/43 cant remember which one it is. I do remember it is the one that the last minute or so of every crest bearer is looking at Duo's Comet and for some reason Meiru is also staring up at it though aparently she couldn't see it when Netto and Jasmine looked at it in episode 38. But young Barrel is standing in the room with the snake(same one that Old Barrel dies in) staring out the window at the commet[/spoil:01263fa39f]? Stream is just a messed up series with the possibility that Colonel does lots of time travel and possible Barrel because Barrel has a PET 3 back around the time of the 1st PET, the one before the plug in.
