I have always been oposed to the use of Dark Chips throughout this game. But I used the three I put in my folder, and I got my last Mega Chip!

Even if you don't use Dark Chips, their use is an option to get your last few Mega Chips, they worked for me. Training with Chaos Unison is highly advised if you don't want to lose HP like I did.

Anyway, I'm wondering, there's a door that needs you to have 900 HP or higher without NaviCust programs. If you get all the HP Memories in the game, will you be just short by 1 HP if you use a Dark Chip once?

No, no no.

As in every game, there are sufficient HPMemories scattered throught the game (both the real world and within the Internet) as to bring your maximum life to 1000, barring HP+ programs in the NC or DarkChips. Essentially, as long as you have found 40 of the 45 in the game, the door should open. It's not fair for the game to punish you if you used DarkChips too many times.

I got every Standard and Mega Chip but I have 3 Giga Chips and 24 P.As but the only thing that makes me mad is that I have to deal with the final liberate mission and it is making me mad.

Laughing it took me 3 days to finish the last Liberate mission, I was taking my sweet @$$ time. I took me over 100 turns, since I was a chicken and healing my Navis after ever turn I took, and I kept Medi in the back doind nothing just so that she doesn't get killed because I was sending my other Navis in the area between Darkloids in hardcore fights. But I did it. I'd also wait till a boss Virus would come close, Cuz I'd always get a 1 turn Liberate against them, So I'd lure them and clear multiple panels at once everytime. But that my strategy. I'm sure people have better ones that that.

I first managed to finish the final liberation mission in 35 turns cause I kept screwing up and taking turns to heal. Plus no Tomahawkman really sets me back. I'm gonna try it again, but now I have a folder to guarentee I'm pulling one turn liberation missions out frequently. what sucks is that the mission is the only way to get Anubis with one cart.

Really? I finished in 10 turns. :O it was easy. I even took two turns for healing and such.

Also, I finally beat Chaos [spoil:5d6e25c3d5]Forte[/spoil:5d6e25c3d5]. he was pretty easy, actually. here's my plan now XD:

Get 3 more PAs, open up gate un N5, get Double Point, thus giving me 60/60 Mega Chips, and then go and open up the gate behind it,, giving me 6/6 Gigas. Then i go kick me some Forte Omega ass. XP

Does anyone know a good folder (something all my teamates can use effectively) for using in the Liberation Mission against Cloudman V3 in Nebula Area 3 for ToP/ ToB, the minibosses and viruses are getting on my nerves :grr:, someone please help me. I've tried the folders on Gamefaqs and they don't work, they only work with megaman.

This is the Nebula Area 2 mission, no?

Well, the folder I used to take all of the missions is a mere S-coded folder, using LifeSword and ShadeMan as the primary sources of damage. I do agree it is annoying, but it takes persistence. I managed on my first try to do it in 13 turns. It is a matter of effectively using the Order Points, since they do not appear in quantity until MUCH farther in.

That I do not know. I actually did the 13 phase liberation after uncovering ALL the item panels. There are a LOT of traps, especially around the third or fourth hole. I suggest trying to save the Order Points for either NapalmMan or SearchMan (or their ToC equivalents) because they are able to liberate the most panels with a single Order Point. SearchMan's disabling of traps is also quite useful.

I've found that against the Sword minibosses, SearchMan and GyroMan are exceedingly effective. I suggest saving them for the minibosses. As for the holes, go with MegaMan, as he is the most custom of them, and can therefore have the most chips available to him (as long as you have plugged in Custom+ NC's). Slowgauge is exceedingly helpful here.

Good luck.

I guess I'll be fighintg Omega a lot than. One more question, I need to ask it again: I have NaviCust bugs, I'm Dark Rockman, and yet my BugCharge still won't work. Anyone know why?

Need to use DarkChips during battle, perhaps?

Anyway, I found the Nebula hole liberations surprisingly easy (for something that's supposed to be exceedingly hard) - I also used an S-coded folder. Finished the first one in 10 steps, second one in 11 and the third one in 9. I think.

Don't know if this belongs to here..but anyways

Does Rockman changes his sprite to [spoil:6cd020f309]without a helmet[/spoil:6cd020f309] if we installed the saito patch/hub bat. Just like the one from the official art? Or does he stays the same? Has anyone got a screenshot for that?

Uh..>_>...no..it's just like the Saito/Hub Batch from EXE4. Gives you the same stuff, and jsut halves your HP by half. That's all, no sprite change.

I'm having trouble with obtaining the SpShake3 S chip from the ShakkyEX virus. I've tried getting it with Collect installed and all I'm getting is the U code or chip data for some other virus. Have any suggestions? I have TOC BTW

Just recently, I beat the Nebula 5 Liberation mission in 13 or 14 phases (I'm so happy, cause last time I cleared it in 75 phases T_T )!
I might not have made it wasn't for the LifeSync chips that were in my folder...

Does anybody knows how to get anti-damage for the ncp program thing. (costumizer= NCP right?) On gamefaqs I can't find it. I heard you need to trade it or something.

I believe you had to trade an AntiDmg F chip for the program. Unfortunately, I do not recall where this trade is supposed to occur. AntiDmg F happens to be a rather hard chip to obtain...M and * are a bit easier or more straightforward to obtain.

BassGS - You can encounter Bass at teh end of the Nebula Hole area as a "Lord of Darkness" if you go fairly slowly in the battles against the DS navis. Then you can fight BassSP as a random encounter in Nebula Hole6, there seems to be no story involving Bass this time, he's just in there obligatorily. There are a couple other Bass encounters if you use the Forte Cross Rockman E-Reader, but that's not a neccessary part of the game, and you have to use a cheat code for it.

Umm... I have the games... the japanese version on GBA (I understand japanese), and the ROM version (ToB) ::is guessing will get bricked about the ROM part:: but anyway... in Nebula Hole 6, where you can ramdonly encounter ForteSP after beating LoC (Lord of Chaos) Forte... instead of his SP version, I encountered Forte XX... and before anyone asks, no I don't have cheats on. Here's a pic of what I mean; I snapped shot the window of it.

When I took a pic of this, It was during the execution of ShotStar (Meteors) Battlechip.
