1. At the end of ep. 38, Meiru is able to see Duo's comet.
2. At the end of Stream 32, when Barrel is talking to Netto, he distinctly says the contreversial word, Nakama. Meaning he is probably a Person marked by Duo. He seems to be hearing what Duo is saying through the Past vision, because if you look, those rainbow-colored lines are coming from a record player.
3. Nodody reallyt knows how he got the Pet3 or Colonel.

It's fairly obvious how he got a PET III. He time travels... Barrel probably just travelled to the future when they were invented and took one back with him to the past. When he returned to a time before the PET III was invented and Shuuseki saw it, this is probably how Shuuseki developed the idea to make a PET III in the future. Confusing? That's why time-travel should never be dealt with in shows... plot-holes are WAY too easy to trip on. (As for Colonel, who says Barrel couldn't have just... you know, created him himself?)

Well. Considering that this Mysteryman is EVERYWHERE, one would assume he is not a man, but in fact, something more...
He is all knowing, his navi is too darn big, and he knows about Duo before anyoone else does. Perhaps the Crest of Duo (over time?) Make the bearer be all-seeing badass-es? Bahahaha. They better remove Duo quickly... I don't wanna pry any of my carefully cultured fanboy-isms of of him, and tape it on Netto. But then... if they all become badarse, then Colonel would be like the super-badarse.... Yaaaay!
But back to the point. Colonel will probably do some odd buhbai sequence in the M00vee, just along the lines of Yuuko (ponta's operator in EXE4), except more... Corporeal?
