When does episode 46 come out?

i wanted the episode to come out because i saw the summary at REO and it was amazing.

It'll air on the 20th expect a fulll sumarary some time after tha along with a torrent for it.

By then there will only be 5 episodes left of Stream.

I havent seen any prove saying that stream ends at 51/52.
Stream might even go a bit further untill they have enough stuff from exe 6 to make a new series.

No we won't, the very next week, a new series of Rockman.Exe usually begins. Just take a look at the air times in the episode summary page.
