Stream 45 summary

[Yorokei]

Allright, I'll post a summary of this episode.

The episode starts with a big flash that bursts right into the earth. In the jungle. After the flash has stopped, we view the site where the flash came down. There is a big rock with Duo's mark on it.

I'll save you a long story about Netto, Enzan, Meiru, Charlie, Dingo, Jasmine and Nenji ending up at the crash site. When they do, there is a hole in the ground. Enzan's allready down there. Jasmine wants to go down too, but there is a dimensinal area that blocks her. Enzan tells the other to cross fusion and come down. They do, de-fusion, and walk into the cave.

Inside, there are ancient ruins. They come to a very big door with duo's crest on it, but can't pass. Nenji tries to ram it open, it doesn't work. Then he decides to blow up the whole thing, but Netto seems to think that's a bad idea ^^. Eventually, Enzan sees two stakes with crests on them. He holds his hand over and SHAZAM! the door opens!

They come into a big, more modern hall this time. There's a tree! Meiru and Dingo (who were late) come in, and an exhausted dingo sits down on a cube, which sinks into the ground and closes the door behind them (what? Did he have a crest on his butt or something?). Anyway, then all the sudden big CG'ed giants show up! At least six of them! Scary!

- ROKKUMAN EKUSE STREAM! (twice) -

Okay, so Enzan tells them to spread, but obviously they don't know how to, cause they end up in two groups: Netto and Meiru, and the other group with the rest uf them. The giants follow them, and the go through a gate which is too narrow for the giants to pass. The giants grab for them, and it seems they are trapped, untill Meiru holds up her hand and tells the giants not to hurt her. Her crest on her hand shines, and so does the one on the giant's head. They leave. Obviously, Netto feels egoistic, cause he doesn't use his PET to tell Enzan about how to get rid of the giants.

Netto then checks on Meiru, who is gone off. Netto follows her, and they find another room with a crest. Well, you can guess what happens. The other group, by the way, has found their way into a big hall with lots of blocks that form yet another crest, but that isn't really important as Netto holds his hand over the crest and the whole bunch gets teleported into the room where Netto is.

Then, the really interesting part comes. And this is where I regret I don't speak japanese very well. First, we see Duo (the real thing, not a past vision), saying 'CREATOR!'

A past vision ensues, and we see some kind of civilization. They talk about netnavi's cross fusion, and we see that they build a giant rocket. The rocket gets shot into space, and there it slowly becomes... DUO'S COMET! So it seems Duo indeed was made by another civilization. Duo obliterates a planet with a Deathstar-ray, most likely the one from his creators, as moments later, we see a tiny sphere with a city of them landing on earth. The past vision goes on, and we see one of those men exhausted on the ground. A navi who looks TOO MUCH like Slur (can't be a coincidence), but talks with a male voice, tells the man something. The navi dissapears (as if its logging out), and Netto says 'Cross fusion...'. The past vision ends.

But then, who other then Slur herself pops up! She seems upset and blows up the whole joint. There is a weird, evillooking face coming from the volanco in the jungle, and it's saying something. The cave they are in, starts collapsing. As they try to escape, the giants seem to stop them, but Meiru once again shows her crest, and they move.

But the door is closed! Good thing we have crossfusion! All do CF, and get through the door. Then, they escape the crashing cave, and emerge safely. They seem to have learned a lot more about Duo's origin now, and all look up to his comet.

All in all, this was a cool episode with much background on Duo, I bet. I wished I could speak better japanese. I will post some screenshots of interesting things later. I give this on 9 out of 10 crests.

Sounds like a good episode. Atleast the crests serve a useful purpose other than pointing out who can crossfuse. The Navi who resembles Slur could be a twin brother (since you said it had a male voice). Duo's origin closely follows the Original (or Classic) Duo's origin. As he was created to seek out and destroy evil. Can't wait to see this ep.

Or just a navi of that civilization The old man was dressed a bit like slur after all.

Obviously though, that old man and his navi are what make Duo "A product of Cross fusion" What the hell were those ugly purple buddies? Giant suits the gang will use to fight Duo on equal terms? Retardoids? Dunno. It was an interesting story until ruined by cross fusion and the fact that they dispelled their own story line.

Isn't duo supposed to be judging? Then why'd he casually destroy the planet and take over? I think the judgement is a sham and Slur is behind it. Atleast in 48 the navis actually act again

Slur might be behind the actual destructions, maybe that man and navi 'cross fused' into duo to enter the comet and put a stop to slur but ended up being hoodwinked into thinking they should judge people and such...

People have gone and made Slur mad, not good.

And now I take the time to admit this to other members. I've seen Meiru with a crest, I believe it now! Whooo~!

Righty anyways. Seems like an awesome episode, can't wait for a Low Quality and screenshots. The old man who looked like Slur...hm...maybe that is her creator as well...or Duo actually looked like Slur at one point and its the whole Inuyasha/Naraku deal where she is just a version of him @_@; Well we'll figure it out soon!

You know, maybe the male navi and Slur were the male and female generic navi's of that civilization? I mean, it could be. It would also explain why they look alike. I give this episode 7/10 already. The reason being that their weren't many fight scenes in it (even though Slur literally blowing the pop stand must've been cool).

I dunno, Duo seems like a god in the EXE series, and Slur looks like a demon with the red eyes and the creepy grin. It makes me think Slur's going to turn on Duo with the way she's been acting.

To me, it seems like Slur would be perfect for blowing stuff up, considering how easily she did away with Forte.
