The game that had the most WTF Laugh out loud moments for me was Katamari Damacy.

I won't rate it, just know it was the funniest game I ever played XDDD

I would have to say Megaman Battle network 4 Blue moon for it's large amount of misspellings. Laughing

And of course a couple of my favorite misspells ^^

I think the funniest game I've ever played is, Crash and The Boys: Street Challenge.

Basically, it's like an Olympic style game for the NES, but the events are a little off.

The 400 meter hurdles. You're running and jumping over hurdles. Some are to high, and you can kick them, and pick up the hurdles, and throw them are your opponent.

The Hammer Throw. It's like golf, but you're throwing a Olympic hammer thing.

Swimming. You're swim against an opponent. You can fight them in the water, or if they are near the surface, you can jump on top of them to push them under the water.

Roof Top jumping. You start out with a pole vaulting pole. There are other poles and unicycles on other roofs.

Fighting Scene. Which is pretty self explanatory.

but I also agree with Katamari Damancy. I think the funniest think in that game is the first time you roll up a human. =x

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for the GBA. No other game has made laugh as hard as this one did. And Fawful's dialogue was pure genius.

Bonking each others heads with the hammers.

Seeing Luigi freak out so bad when the one docter guy was telling Luigi about the horrible monsters that eat things like humans. XD
And it was funny watching Peach trying to get Luigi to go to the place cause He needed to get a flower with medicine in it for Mario.

Ah...good times, good times. I can't remember any other funny parts at the moment.

Its probably Lego Star Wars for the PS2, its pretty funny but ingenious how they designed the game.

Zero Wing (Genesis)
The terrible grammar. Someebody set up us the bomb. All your base are belong to us. You have no chance to survive make your time.

Skate or Die 2 (NES)
Play the halfpipe mode. Go on the ramp in the middle of the halfpipe. Position your board so the bottom of it lands on the tip of the ramp. Your character's body splits in half, the halves slide in opposite directions, your head flies in the air, spins around, and lands perfectly on the ramp's tip.

Maniac Mansion (NES)
Fill up the glass jar with water from the swimming pool, put the jar in the microwave, turn it on and open it. Your guy will be like "OH NO! RADIOACTIVE STEAM! AHEEEEEE....!" while spontaneously spinning around. Or, if you have the first edition of the cart, steal Ed's hamster, have Syd or Razor nuke it in the microwave, and have Dave give the fried hamster bits to Ed.

Bokosuka Wars (NES)
The game over screen. That's all.

Final Fantasy 9 (PS1)
Humor in the dialogue at times. Here are some funny one's I liked:

(After Zidane and Blank's swordfight)
Zidane: "But this helmet...it kinda smells."
Blank: "What are you talkin? about?! My helmet totally reeks! This armor's too big, it's making my back itch, these gloves are slimy, these boots are all wet, there's crumbs in my pockets..."

(Climbing on board the cargo ship at Dali)
Zidane: "Ooo...soft!" (don't ask)

(Enter Conte Petie)
Quina: "Building has tasty shape. Must have fine cuisine inside! *runs to it*"
Zidane: "Geez, all (s)he ever thinks about is food..."
Garnet: "Well all YOU ever think about is girls!"

(Beginning of disc 3, don't remember the whole thing)
Steiner: "Quiet, or I'll throw you in the dungeon!"
Eiko: "Oh Zidane. It was horrible. He called me a loudmouth, a brat and a liar!"
Amarant: "...He's right."

I technically didn't play it, but Disgaea. I think it's the funniest game I've ever seen anyone play. FFVII had its funny moments, but most of it was serious. Star Ocean 3 is pretty funny at points, especially when inventing. I need to get Makai Kingdom, I heard that's pretty funny too.

Flatout on XBOX, LOL, Launching the driver out of the car and trying to have the car smash into the driver or do something very ridicious is very amusing, LOL

Or Burnout 3....I love Team Crash on XBOX live, so much fun and laugher, other then that i can't think of anything else...

Yeah zero wing is one of the funniest games ever. Adult swim recently did a bumper like it.
