|
|
I've just completed my Metroid Zero Mission's Time Attack Mode and I got this password and ID number, what am I supposed to do with these two codes?
I've tried using the password in the NES mode in the game and nothing happened, what are these two codes needed for?
Thanks in Advance. |

copy+paste from the Gamefaqs "Secrets faq" of the game.
Quote: | After some digging up, it looks like the password was for a
contest held in Japan, for your fastest 100% run. The winner
took home a GBA SP with a red, orange, and yellow Samus logo on it.
The benefit? Not having to keep your own fastest time. At
the end, it checks to see if you're best time was completed
(even if you don't get 100%). It'll say "NEW RECORD" if you
did manage to beat your old time.
Also, the colour of your completion time on the Samus data
screen changes to yellow. The mode says "Time Attack" instead
of Easy, Normal, or Hard. After beating the game once on
Time Attack Mode, you'll get a popup saying "Time Attack
Records have been addded to the Options screen". If you go to
the options screen, you can view your time attack record by
selecting the new option "Time Attack Records". In a box at
the bottom, your ID will be listed as a 8 digit number. Your
password is listed as a 2 line code, which includes letters,
numbers, and symbols. Just above that box, is another one
that says "Best Time", with the completion time below. Useful
for proving to your friends you really did beat it in "xx:xx"
time |
So its mostly useless, only to prove your record to a friend >_> |

damn Nintendo and damn the Wright brothers for only making it for Japan.....
Well, time to get a Digital camera stuck to my left shoulder and make a Time Attack vid with me beating the game in 01:02:52 again... then I'll post it on GodWeapon.net and they'll flip out. |
